We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon. Check-in at 14-00, but we were settled an hour earlier. At the reception they asked for a sea view and a higher floor. As a result: 5th floor (residential 4th), sea and pool view, -10 dollars (although it was possible not to give, but we were so happy that our wishes were taken into account that they gave money) we put on the bracelets before settling in and invited to dinner at 12:30. Room: everything is clean and everything is beautiful, the beds are separate, but we moved them and we got a large double bedroom) there is a free safe in the room, when we just checked in, everyone showed us how it works, etc. all problems are fixed instantly. housekeeping for 9 out of 10 (they didn’t change the ashtray once), they didn’t always leave money for the cleaning and it didn’t affect the quality. the bar was replenished with water constantly, in general there are no problems with water in the hotel, neither with drinking water nor with running water. hot water all the time. air conditioning worked 100% The beach is super! there are always places, we went to the pier, but there is a narrow strip of coastline, small pebbles imported (cobblestones on the neighboring beach for comparison) a bar on the beach until 18-00 (water, beer, juices, tea, coffee). There is a snack bar next to the pyazh (you don’t have to go to the hotel for lunch, you eat there). I have never been in the pool, but the water there is very warm, not refreshing. The animation was not annoying, they offer football, water polo, darts, aerobics, etc. (no volleyball! ) The food in the restaurant is excellent. They write about queues for the grill, but this is only when you come at the beginning of dinner. We came at 8 pm, there were places, there was always food, sometimes we asked the waiters to set the table. In a word, I have no questions about the restaurant and food in general. Toilets are located throughout the hotel, always clean. From 12 to 2 nights there is a disco on the minus ground floor) the room is small but cozy, drinks are all free. the music is international, the disco always ended with Turkish music, but it's cool) All paid services (photographer, water sports, a ride to the fur factory, spa salon) were offered, but not intrusively and without aggression. All staff are very friendly. Except for the guide Turtesse, who turned to veiled threats (imagining herself to be an insurance company) when we told her that the rafting was bought on the street for 15 dollars instead of 50 as she offered. In general, the hotel is cool, everything is there and everything is close. We rented a scooter for $25 per day and a $50 deposit. The rest was unforgettable, it is a pity that we had only 8 days. I chose the hotel very carefully, I read different reviews for a month and compared prices. This hotel can be safely recommended. And the roads between which the hotel is located were not felt at all.
