We have been preparing for our first joint vacation with my husband for a very long time. The choice of the hotel was very difficult, but we did not regret a single gram.
I’ll probably start with the check-in, everything happened in a matter of seconds, they asked us for documents and let us fill out a questionnaire, while my husband filled out, they already brought us an electronic key. The boy immediately grabbed our suitcases and escorted us to the room. They didn't pay extra for the room, they didn't ask for anything at the reception. We were very satisfied with the room, everything is as in the photo, it is just big, spacious, everything is clean, comfortable, everything worked and corresponded to the description. From the window you can see the sea and the pool. I was pleased with the new beautiful furniture and the quality of plumbing, nothing was leaking or dripping, it worked without interruption. We were cleaned every day for the first 7 days, we left $ 1, and in gratitude we got a beautiful design of curtains or an extra bottle of water or just a smiley face on a napkin, a trifle is also nice. And then they cleaned it every other day, but it didn’t upset us, because we didn’t litter and it was clean anyway.
As for food, it’s just super, probably even the laziest would have overeat. All reviews about dirty dishes and lack of appliances are just nonsense, during our entire stay this has never happened. If something ends in front of your nose, you won’t even have time to open your mouth, as they will bring it, add it or show you where you put it. The menu is very diverse, and for vegetarians and children it is quite diverse (even milk porridge was cooked), a lot of fish dishes and just grilled awesome trout was daily. Lots of greens and vegetables. Constantly some kind of festive dinners, beautiful design of the restaurant, barbecue by the pool every day, they fry things in oil very tasty, and cherry sauce for them is just a fairy tale. In general, my fussy husband was completely satisfied, and we did not have a single comment in one day of our stay. And for breakfast, there is just such a variety that you can eat up and not think about food until dinner. These aladushki are fabulously tender with various dressings, there were only 5-7 types of fritters. In short, you can satisfy any gastronomic interest. The queues for meat, about which they write, are created by our compatriots themselves, they collect full plates of one meat, and then leave them half-eaten. Seasonal fruits were also constantly available, delicious apples, as many oranges as you like. Drinks in stock, few juices of course, and soda is full. From alcohol I tried Baileys and Mahito several times, the quality is not bad, but I don’t know everything else, we are not lovers.

Staff and service at the highest level, rustling for days and at the same time remain completely invisible and not intrusive. I advise everyone to have a Turkish bath and especially a foam massage, the sensations are not forgotten, such a procedure through a guide cost us $ 30, and the bath staff offered it for 50, this is so noteworthy. Animation will not let anyone get bored, there are entertainments for any age and taste. Darts with Rustam, and water polo with Kolya, and yoga with Yulia, and water aerobics, the girls Marianna and Anna were engaged in the kids during the day, and every day there was a disco for them. Entertainment evening programs surprised by the variety, how they cook them like that, for 10 days of our stay there there was not a single repetition.
Everyone speaks and understands Russian, there were no problems with this at all, they didn’t even strain.
Now about the sea. Unfortunately, we were not very lucky, the water was cold, but in general the sea is clean, always calm, the sunset is excellent and the new two-level pantone is also just super.
There were very few minuses and they were so insignificant that they did not interfere with our rest and did not spoil the overall impression of the hotel. We dream of going back there again with the whole family.
