В целом, неплохо Overall, not bad

Rested with my husband from 6 to 17 July 2012. We took a ticket from Teztur, we really liked their work - everything is clear, well-coordinated, without hitches and delays!
They were in Turkey for the first time, before that they rested in Bulgaria, so they involuntarily compared. In the end, we realized that these are completely different holidays. However, now is not about that.
We liked the hotel in general. Big, new, beautiful. Room without complaints, we stayed in the smaller ones. Linen was changed 1 time in 3 days, cleaning - I don’t know, I never bother with this, it seems like they cleaned...

Nutrition - they write correctly here, they feed for slaughter ! ! I don’t understand people who write “oh, there’s nothing to eat here, nothing to choose from”... The food here is FULL!! ! Everyone! You certainly won't leave hungry. As for catering - yes, there are problems here, management needs to do something about it. Breakfast is still back and forth, but with lunches, and even more so dinners - the seams are the case...
Regarding the power outage - yes, it's stressful, but is it really the hotel's fault? If the lights are turned off throughout the village, what does the hotel have to do with it?
There are no complaints about the staff at all. At the very least, everyone understands Russian, requests are fulfilled quickly, they smile, in general, everyone is very friendly. The animation team is fun (although I did not like some of the intrusiveness, but I guess it's their job to lure vacationers to the games). But they are very good with kids.
About the beach, the pools have already been written here, I don’t want to repeat myself, everything is so. True, I want to say about the slides. Slides, of course, class, I really liked it. But on the first 3-color slide, be careful (or your kids)! There, you see, the joints are not perfectly adjusted, on the penultimate day of rest, I rolled down and scratched (quite noticeably) my back. But the circular (yellow) and steep (orange) slides are cool!
They write a lot about alcohol here, they say, swill and all that... My husband and I are not special lovers in this regard, we only took wine in a restaurant for lunch and dinner, well, in a mojito bar a couple of times - I liked it.
In general, I liked the rest! The pools are clean, the sea is cool, they will feed, give you drink, put you to bed! What else does a person need to be happy!
And don’t believe that it’s bad there, they don’t feed or feed, but it’s tasteless, this is already being written by picky people, for whom pearls are too small. For its quite democratic money, the hotel fully justifies itself !! !
