I will only add that we bought a tour from "Anekstur" only because this agency had a flight from our city (Zaporozhye) on June 4 at 11:30, and this is important for us, because. flew with two children and counted only on a 2.5 hour flight and transfer to the hotel and that's it. But!! ! Three days before departure, the travel agent announced a change in the flight program and we were offered a departure from Boryspil on June 4 at 4 am or cancel the tour. Naturally, we chose a flight from Boryspil, because. the children have already tuned in, we are on a legal vacation, although we got to Boryspil by Autolux for 9 hours, waited for check-in for a flight for 9 hours and after a day of ordeals we reached the desired hotel. Thank you Anekstur for such a service! It's a shame that if they had flown from Boryspil initially, they would have chosen a much better hotel for the same money.
Regarding the cleaning of the room, I can’t help but add that even for a tip, we never changed the bed in 14 days, except for the sheets that covered us at night. Towels were changed three times, and toilet paper, soap and gel had to be constantly reminded and more than once.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
