Based on previously read reviews from various sites, this hotel was set up very wary. Rested before in Voyage Sorgun http://www. turtess. com/ru/hotel/233 and UTOPIA WORLD HOTEL http://www. tez-tour. com/ru/odessa/hotel.html? id=165008 so we can understand our concerns.
At the end of the holiday I decided to share my impressions of the holiday. We were three of us, with my wife and adult daughter. Upon arrival, we were given a room with a sea view (on the fifth floor), they didn’t make money right away - after we were given a room as a token of gratitude, they left 20 dollars on a personal initiative. Once in the room (17.00), we went out onto the balcony and immediately fell into the atmosphere of a Mediterranean paradise. But they did not relax, they waited for the promised troubles. By the way, a couple of days later we received a second card from the number, again, $ 10 was only after the issuance of the second card, and then on our personal initiative.
As for the cleaning of the rooms.
Cleaned mediocre, cigarette butts on the balcony lay in the ashtray for a couple of days, and behind the balcony in the interval lay before our departure. Out of habit, they left $ 1 each, a bottle of water was brought every two days, the bar was filled once upon arrival, there were shampoos, swans and all kinds of animals were laid out on the beds from towels and carelessly left personal belongings.
About nutrition. Everything was super, very high quality cooking, grilling, evening cooking classes by the pool - everything was at a very high level. The food was plentiful and varied.
The staff did not always have time to clean up (we most often sat by the pool in the open air), there were an unrealistically many people - once the waiter grunted something in response to a request to change the tablecloth, I had to contact the metro station, after that three additional waiters appeared immediately and we personally served by the metro station itself (who, by the way, does not understand anything in Russian), brought fruit, wine, sweets and tea in special cups to the table. And in the evening, despite the queue, we were reserved a table by the pool. A trifle, but the negative dissipated immediately.
About animation. I liked everything very much, I am an active person - water polo, water slides, swimming - everything was enough. It’s bad that there is no volleyball court, we could make a universal ground for football, volleyball and streetball on the mini-football field. Therefore, I went to play volleyball in a nearby hotel, and, unfortunately, I did not manage to gather a team for battles from my hotel.
I really liked Mario, a worthy opponent in water polo and water sports. Every day, the animators held darts games, held classes in aqua aerobics, belly dancing, gymnastics on the beach, etc.
There was a children's club, every evening we went to the amphitheater, watched the work of children's animators and got great pleasure, well-coordinated, clear work - children of all nationalities behaved the same way, regardless of skin color and difference in languages. I especially liked little Senya, just a born future animator.
High professional level of animators, performers of dance parts in various entertainment shows. high dedication, high-quality presentation of material to the viewer, good work of the sound engineer and lighting equipment. I put a big "5".
The surroundings of the hotel.
A cool pier, we rested there until lunch, and in the evening after the animation we went to the pier and admired the lights of the stars and listened to the fragrance of the Mediterranean nature. In the surrounding shops, reasonable prices, hospitable sellers, have never heard a single negative comment addressed to them, always smiles, unobtrusive attempts to sell their goods. During the rest, there were two excursions from Ginza (a hundred meters from the hotel) - on ATVs and rafting, everything was organized at a good quality level for little money (Egypt and Side are resting) in, without additional costs.

Do they really not read reviews about the work of their representatives at the hotel in Pegasus, this applies to the girl representative of the tour operator - an extremely negative perception immediately at the first meeting of her with the group, it seems that we all owed her something, and even forgot to pick us up for the promised textile trip to Antalya. It was extremely unpleasant to hear from her negative attitude towards local residents and merchants. After this notation, at first in the evenings they constantly walked and looked around at the local residents, no matter how they attached some kind of muck to us. But it turned out they were all the nicest people and treated us very well.
And one more expected minus, a lot of compatriots in the hotel, although this time "Tagil" rarely taxied, they threw children's toys on the tables to take a seat and neighed like horses in the amphitheater, so the animators had to stop the performances. And so, in general, 99% of all are wonderful and nice people.
Thanks to the hotel staff, lovely, nice and friendly people. Thanks to all those with whom we rested nearby, thanks to all the athletes, thanks to the animators for their selfless work. We remember and miss you all and hope to see you soon! ! !
