The hotel is located in southern Turkey in the Kemer region, about 25 kilometers from Antalya. The hotel building is a rectangle elongated from east to west, located on the 2nd coastline. The butt from the reception side overlooks the main street of Beldibi. On the opposite side of the building there are swimming pools, an animation stage and a small playground.

Residential rooms are mostly to the right and left of the main corridor on each of the four residential floors. On the floor where I lived, numbers 201 to 218 face the sunny south side, 219 to 237 face north towards the pomegranate garden. Six rooms 238-243 with large balconies face the main street, i. e. to the east. And two numbers 244 and 245 face the street part of the restaurant, towards the mountains and pools, i. e. to the west. From all rooms, except those facing the main street, there is a beautiful view of the Taurus Mountains, along which the D400 highway passes.

At first, when checking in late in the evening, I was upset by the lack of direct sun in the room.
But then I remembered the heat of the afternoon sun in October, when I was resting, and was delighted at the absence of direct sunlight during the day. The laundry dried perfectly on the balcony, even in the rather cool night air. And the hot sun was enough for the sea and just on the street.

The balcony of the room is equipped not only with plastic furniture - two standard chairs and a table. And, what is more valuable - a sliding dryer fixed on the wall. The balcony railing is a forged metal grate of sufficient height to protect the child (my three-year-old granddaughter) from falling. And at the same time, it gives you the opportunity to admire the view from the balcony, including the pomegranate garden. In addition, the angled shape of the railing made it possible to attach a rope, traditional for my vacation trips, with clothespins for drying towels and linen.

The room I booked had a promo category, which in this case means a slightly larger area than a standard double.
Total area 24 sq. meter with two beds - a double and a single, left enough space for a "working area" and movement inside the room. Each of the beds had a bedside table, and on the wall there was a block of sockets and a switch for local lighting. Another socket on the desktop near the mirror. The desktop is large enough to fit a laptop.

The fourth socket was located in the bathroom. I would like to note a detail of the bathroom, which is not very typical for 4-star hotels in Turkey. Instead of a shower cabin, it had a spacious plastic bathtub. True, there was no drain plug, which prevented "taking a full bath. " However, this did not bother me, because the large hotel pool and the sea were always at my disposal for water procedures. And the shower in the bathroom provided the need for sanitary and hygienic purposes.

The room of the room has an unusual shape - a "five-wall" with an ordinary appendix: an entrance corridor + a bathroom + a closet for clothes and a suitcase. Safe, large mirror in the working area, minibar with a bottle of 1.5 liters of drinking water, soft stool-ottoman. Lighting is provided by three wall lamps and a ceiling lamp in the hallway. And natural light from the glass door to the balcony, which is one of the walls of the room.

The full rooms, as well as the corridor of the floor, are covered with soft carpet, which is very comfortable to walk barefoot. The balcony and the bathroom have a ceramic floor, which allows you to quickly remove the moisture that is inevitable during water procedures and drying clothes.

The sound conductivity of the walls and the front door is not ideal, but it didn't really bother me. In contrast to the calls to prayer that were heard from the minaret of the mosque located near our hotel.
Also in the evenings, I, a lark, was a little annoyed by the sounds of animation, which, however, did not prevent me from quickly falling asleep after a day of “intense rest”. The sounds of transport moving along the main street of Beldibi and the D 400 highway, passing directly from the opposite side of the hotel, also did not interfere with a relaxing holiday.

A more joyful sound was the morning chirping of a large number of chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys. They lived in a pomegranate garden under the balcony of my room. Practically at the exit from the hotel, to the left of it, there was a “bird yard”. The herds of these birds, which interested the granddaughter so much, after the morning feeding went to "free bread" in the pomegranate garden. And from the hotel fence near the children's pool, you could admire them in close proximity.

A special topic is access to the World Wide Web, which has become an integral part of the holiday for modern tourists.

At the Magic Sun Hotel, free access to WiFi internet is only available in the lobby near the reception, and in the rooms - for a fee. In the evenings and during the day, when tourists rush to social networks and communicate with loved ones, the speed of Internet access is very low. Therefore, I tried to work with the mail in the early, usual morning for me. At 5 am, the signal reached its maximum speed, which I used while working with a laptop at the reception desk, where the night attendant kindly plugged the adapter into the outlet.

The fact is that the nearest outlet on the wall, where the Lobby Free WiFi signal “finished off”, was usually occupied by the night duty officer for the radio. In a rather spacious hall on the ground floor with a large number of soft sofas and armchairs, I found several wall outlets located almost to the entrance to the restaurant. But in the coverage area of the router I found only one, mentioned above.
In the lobby of the first floor there is a small "drinks point", which, if you have a rich imagination, can be called a bar. Also, the bar is located in the restaurant, but the size of its delivery window is such that at the same time three people could fit around it at the most. The pool bar is much larger in terms of accessibility, but I can say little about the range of drinks in the bars - they are. The only drink I ate at all meals was hot chocolate, which was self-service. But the vending machine, which dispenses several varieties of coffee and hot chocolate, is located in such a “compact” place in the restaurant that a queue of several people inevitably arose.

The variety of dishes in my experience of resting in Turkey for more than a decade and a half is quite consistent with the all-inclusive four-star level. I did not manage to try at least once all the dishes for all 9 days of rest.
When distributing food, covid safety measures are observed by the restaurant staff - everyone wears masks that completely cover the nose and mouth. Everywhere there are transparent protective screens, food is laid out by a restaurant employee in plates substituted for vacationers. Vacationers, for the most part, are, to put it mildly, very calm about the measures of “covid security”.

I did not use the services offered by the hotel. But I want to note that opposite the reception there is a room with a lock, next to which there is a sign Lugage Room - a room for storing luggage. The telephones in the rooms correspond to the number (numbers). I repeatedly called my son's room from the reception, because I only used the Internet Lobby Free WiFi, which does not "finish off" to the rooms on the second floor. It is also important to note the presence of a large number of soft sofas and armchairs in the hall on the first floor.
Repeatedly observed in the early morning a picture of sleeping sofas in full growth, not only children, but adults waiting for departure to the airport.

The hotel beach is located about 8-10 minutes walk at a very leisurely pace. At the exit of the hotel there is a clearly visible sign with the inscription "Beach 200 meters" and an arrow indicating the direction of travel. For those who go to the beach for the first time, I will tell you that you need to go along the opposite side of the street to the hotel in the south direction, i. e. Kemer, to the nearest intersection.

At the crossroads turn towards the sea and after about fifty meters you should go through the gate "Turquaz kamp". You go down to the hotel beach along a small ladder, and you find yourself, if you come in the afternoon, in "Sochi, the height of the season. " My son's family and I once experienced this "happiness", but we managed to find two free sunbeds. And "swim grandchildren in the sea. " It gives me much more joy to "bathe in the rays of the rising sun", i. e.
around 7 am. The spatial orientation of Beldibi is such that the coastline is elongated from north to south. So the sunrise "straight from the sea" is perfectly visible from the beach.

The occupancy of the hotel during our stay from October 6th to 15th was close to full. Lots of parents with kids of all ages. Every day, until the last day of rest, I watched not only the departure, but also the arrival of hotel guests, both in couples and families with children of different ages. The main contingent of vacationers is Russian-speaking, judging by the conversations, residents of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus. And in a small amount of Kazakhstan.

As for the hot topic so far, alas, the topic of covid safety, the hotel has all the formal signs of its compliance. Marking the social distance on the floor, temperature control of arriving guests, warning about the number of people in the elevator - no more than 2 people.

And quite informal, which I have already mentioned - the glove-mask mode of employees and protective screens in the food distribution area of the restaurant. As well as sanitizers in accessible areas of the hotel.

Regarding the "favorite topic of conversation of Russians" - the weather, I note that it corresponded to the forecast from Intellicast. com from the Pogoda website. ru. That is, the velvet season beloved by many in a classic version. The first week after arrival, from October 6, the daily air temperature was about 28 degrees Celsius, the water temperature was +26 degrees. On October 13, it rained a little in the late afternoon and at night, the air temperature dropped to a comfortable +23. At the same time, the temperature of the water in the sea did not decrease.

According to my ideas, based not on the "table of stars", but in terms of the quality and quantity of services provided to guests, the Magic Sun Hotel fully corresponds to the level of four stars in the resort area of southern Turkey.
For those wishing to visit this hotel, I will note an “insidious feature” - in the lobby of the first floor, the air is very strongly cooled by powerful air conditioners in the area where the recreation areas are located. I felt a state close to a cold when I sat with gadgets in this zone.

Among the innovations of this season, I want to note the need to fill out an application for arrival in the Russian Federation from abroad on the Gosuslugi website in your personal account before departure. The Pegasus guide gave information about this at an information meeting. And he suggested how it is easier to go the way to getting a QR code. I took a picture of it on my phone. Moreover, the guide explained that it is better not to tease the geese, that is, fill out an application before accepting it, because in the absence of an electronic document, problems may arise during registration. When checking in for a flight from Antalya, there were no problems. And on the NordWind Airlines plane, flight attendants handed out questionnaire forms to those arriving in the Russian Federation from abroad.

Filling out such a questionnaire by me reduced the time it took to pass the control point at Sheremetyevo Airport to a few seconds.
