A day before departure, my husband's thing disappeared, things were petty, but still very unpleasant. Again, we went to figure it out, to which we were promised to deal with the issue until the morning, of course, in the morning there was no one at the reception, we did not receive an apology. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, DO NOT TAKE THEM FOR A MASSAGE IN ANY EVENT!! ! PUT THINGS, DO NOT GET THEM FROM THE SUITCASE.

Delicious food, always full mini-bars, nice green area, excellent waiters, but the attitude towards customers from the service at the reception is simply disgusting. And what was in the spa is simply beyond words! So even their conscience allows them to cash in on such situations, they consider themselves right. I would have known that there was such chaos throughout the hotel, without thinking I would have called the police and filed a statement about an attempted rape! Whether you come to this hotel is your choice. BUT BE VERY CAREFUL. If such situations are allowed by the hotel, then this already says a lot.

2. Room - we had a standard family, a little tired mini-bar doors, everything else is normal. In general, there are no complaints about the room. There is tea in the room, the capsule coffee maker is kind of like that, coffee is like that, but in my opinion it is like that in all capsule coffee makers, I have a bosh at home and the same burda comes out, but with a strong desire you can drink.
3. Food - we only visited the main restaurant, children's restaurant, steak house and restaurant at the reception, forgot its name. Everything is delicious, there is plenty to choose from, but I’m such a food for myself, i. e. omnivorous therefore I cannot competently evaluate probably. The children's restaurant has tasty and healthy food and there is nothing harmful for children. There are diet food and so on, there is food for kids. In the main restaurant, there is not enough staff, in my opinion, because the service there is so good or none, they came to us right away and everything is fine, on the second we have to look for someone to give out the instruments corny and so through time. The rest of the restaurants I've listed have good service.
4. Beach - we only went to the one near the main restaurant and the main pool, where half is covered with sand, half is sand only at the entrance. If you are with children, then I advise you to be located on the left side of the beach, where the sand is quite far away and the children will be fine. In general, if you have not been to Kemer, then be prepared that this is not the same sand as in Side.
5. The territory is all money, clean, well-groomed and mega green!!!

Separately, I want to note the kids club, this is a paradise for children, its own water park, its own restaurant, a large playground with swings, a labyrinth, a trampoline and other things, the territory is completely fenced. Children can be left and left, they will play with them, take a walk, feed them, but they will not be allowed into the water park without you, probably this is right.
In general, this is a good hotel for a relaxing holiday with children. I also want to separately note sweets, ice cream and coffee in Turks and Starbucks. On the territory there is a shop where you can find everything you need, the prices are adequate. There is a lot more in it, but I did not use it, so I will not evaluate it. For those who want better, go to Max Royale. All of the above is written from the experience of a family vacation with children, and it is in this version that I recommend it! Arrived quickly and comfortably. Upon arrival, the hotel staff escorted us immediately to dinner, after which they said that they would immediately settle us. It was about 19-20 hours.
There were a lot of people at dinner, it was hard to find a place. After dinner, we were taken by electric car to our room (the cedar house was booked), we were very pleased with the room, it’s good that we didn’t save money and didn’t take the standard one, because the atmosphere in the cedar house is incredible!! ! In the morning we went out to the garden terrace with a cup of coffee, it was an amazing feeling!
The room has all the amenities, a hairdryer, a TV, mirrors, an excellent shower and toilet, bathrobes, slippers, towels, a coffee machine, a kettle, small and medium-sized cups, spoons, various types of tea, instant coffee, sugar, salt, plain water in glass bottles. The minibar was replenished every day (plain and sparkling water, energy drink, capsules for a coffee machine, fanta, cola, sprite, Efes beer, hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, pistachios, chips, chocolates). Upon arrival, they give a bottle of dry red wine and a plate of fruit.
Room cleaning is generally satisfactory, bed linen and towels were changed every day, everything was neatly hung and covered, garbage was removed, bath accessories were always replenished (soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion (by the way, by loccitane), washcloths, toothbrushes and pastes, napkins, cotton pads, cotton buds, there was even a set with pads and a condom, a set with shaving gel and a razor). However, they did not wash the floors and did not vacuum, they did not wipe the glass table on the terrace. Of course, this did not greatly affect our vacation, but I would like for such a price and the level of the hotel to have more complete cleaning in the rooms, especially since it is a privileged life, as they write).
There are three zones on the beach, a common beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, a beach with white pavilions and a beach with wooden pavilion houses.
On a common beach, you need to take a place before 8 in the morning, but we never did it, we looked like the main beach for a couple of days, we were lucky to find one free sun lounger and that's it, after that we rented a white pavilion on a nearby beach for 80 euros for 4 days ( we had a 50% discount, since we lived in a cedar house), every morning they gave out towels there, and provided a bottle of water, a plate of fruit and a cup of nuts, you could use the services of waiters all day, as well as dine in a nearby fish restaurant, which could not be done by others who did not rent this pavilion. This moment was very pleasing, it was convenient, given that we were vacationing with a small child.
The beach is dirty in places, various rubbish was lying around - cigarette butts, straws, bags, wrappers, etc. , which I consider unacceptable for a hotel of this level, which it claims to be.
The entrance to the sea is quite normal, comfortable, there is sand on the beach, there are stones in the sea, but they did not cause me discomfort.
Regarding the main restaurant of the hotel, we were generally satisfied, we really liked breakfasts and dinners, their lunches are boring, there are few hot meat dishes. For breakfast they have a large selection of eggs, pancakes, various jams, sauces, chocolate and nut pastes, different honey, as well as honey in combs, a lot of vegetables and herbs, from fruits we had watermelons, melons, apples, pears, bananas, figs , lime, grapes, large selection of sweets, most of them are very tasty, loved it, especially Turkish baklava and tiramisu!
There is also a choice for children and people with a limited diet - stewed vegetables, rice, buckwheat, bulgur, oatmeal, boiled beef, chicken, turkey.
Breakfast also included cereals with milk, muesli, cereals, rings, cottage cheese, yoghurts, a huge selection of cheeses, sausages, regular toasts and with cheese and sausage, a large selection of bakery products. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, soups of 2-4 types were served, but I did not try them. From drinks, coffee from a coffee machine is different, tea from teapots is already ready, or packaged, one day I saw how smoothies were made from fruits and vegetables, it seemed there were still freshly squeezed juices.
On Thursday we got to the fish day, there was just a cosmic assortment, crayfish, shrimp, red fish, as well as white fish of other species, spaghetti and pasta with seafood in sauce, on this day the chefs walked and sang in Italian throughout the restaurant the impressions are incredible! In general, we were satisfied with the food, but there are some minor shortcomings.
I did not like the fact that the main restaurant has broken dishes, which I consider unacceptable in a hotel of this level.
Also, at one of the dinners, my husband was brought in a dirty glass of whiskey and cola. With regards to alcohol and bars in general, I liked everything, delicious brut and wine, their local, my husband mostly drank local Turkish beer or Chivas whiskey, we are satisfied with the quality! Also on the territory there is a cafe with ice cream, we tried different things, we liked it, but it’s very sweet out of habit) there is a coffee shop next to it, next to which there is an amphitheater. We went to the show a couple of times, because it was hard to get to the show with a small child, but the shows that we managed to watch are quite colorful and interesting, after the disco shows, which we also didn’t manage to attend).
The territory itself is quite large, very green, so much beautiful vegetation, a view of the mountains, of course we are delighted with the view.
Next to the main restaurant there is a cafe where Turkish gozleme cakes are baked, we tried it with meat, cheese and spinach, they are very tasty, they also give out the Turkish drink ayran. According to our type of accommodation, we had the right to visit any a la carte restaurants, we signed up for Mexican and fish, we also wanted to go to a steak house (meat), but there was a full record, and therefore we didn’t get there, it’s not bad in Mexican, but I didn’t impress, but I really liked the fish one, I was glad that these restaurants have a children’s menu : ) we didn’t sign up for other restaurants, there were also Aegean cuisine, Ottoman cuisine, Georgian cuisine, Far Eastern cuisine. If we took more days to rest, then everyone would be happy to visit. We also visited a coffee shop in the main building of the hotel, delicious, coffee, tea and various sweets, there are very tasty tiramisu.
We allocated one day to visit the water park, there is also an aqua snack bar, which works like a water park from 11 am to 5 pm, the water park is not bad, we rode several slides, sometimes we dined at this snack bar, where you can order shawarma, burger, pizza , potatoes in foil with filling, fruits, vegetables, there are also drinks in the bar, as well as ice cream in a wrapper. We visited the Children's Club, which is more designed for children aged 4 to 12 years old, there is nothing to do with the little ones, the Children's water park is not suitable for a child under 2-3 years old, dangerous slides, food in the children's club is almost the same as in the main restaurant, only there you can additionally take a shelf mixture, yogurts, mashed potatoes in glass jars (no meat jars), packaged juices, there is also a blender and a microwave, I didn’t see anything unusual for a child there).
There is a spa on the territory, which we were actively offered to use, but their prices are too high, for peeling, massage and face mask 80 euros ...for me it is not justifiably expensive. There are also pavilions with shops on the territory: textiles, souvenirs, weaknesses, jewelry, leather and furs, there is also a Children's Entertainment Center (for a fee), you can rent a children's car there, play slot machines and bowling, we found out the cost of renting a car - 10 dollars, did not recognize further). There is also a cinema, we were not there. Regarding the pools: there are a lot of them on the territory, but basically they didn’t get to them, swam a couple of times in the main pool near the main restaurant, the one with sea water, the rest of the pools are located where people live, the closest one to us was near the minibar ( I do not remember the name), not a big pool, cozy.
We didn’t swim in others, since the territory is large and it makes no sense to even go to others, due to the fact that they are plus or minus the same.
We took one excursion on a boat along the coast, duration two hours, for two 80 euros, a child is free : ) we really liked it, showed us various famous hotels, and also swam in a cave. We did not take more excursions, as with a small child. From the anex tour, we had a free excursion to the Turkish shopping mall and leather / furs, they brought us initially in leathers / furs, which we were not very interested in, but you could also buy Turkish sweets there, which we did, and in the Turkish mall we we didn’t hit, because the child began to act up and we went back to the hotel.
The weather is generally good, one day was cloudy, the rest of the days are comfortable, very warm, we got a light tan, we swam a lot, the water is comfortable.
In general, they were satisfied with the rest, there are more pluses than minuses, but still, for such money and the level of the hotel, I would like to get what I want in full. Thanks to the hotel staff for their responsiveness and meeting the requested needs!

Room cleaning is generally satisfactory, bed linen and towels were changed every day, everything was neatly hung and covered, garbage was removed, bath accessories were always replenished (soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion (by the way, by loccitane), washcloths, toothbrushes and pastes, napkins, cotton pads, cotton buds, there was even a set with pads and a condom, a set with shaving gel and a razor). However, they did not wash the floors and did not vacuum, they did not wipe the glass table on the terrace. Of course, this did not greatly affect our vacation, but I would like for such a price and the level of the hotel to have more complete cleaning in the rooms, especially since it is a privileged life, as they write).
There are three zones on the beach, a common beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, a beach with white pavilions and a beach with wooden pavilion houses.
On a common beach, you need to take a place before 8 in the morning, but we never did it, we looked like the main beach for a couple of days, we were lucky to find one free sun lounger and that's it, after that we rented a white pavilion on a nearby beach for 80 euros for 4 days ( we had a 50% discount, since we lived in a cedar house), every morning they gave out towels there, and provided a bottle of water, a plate of fruit and a cup of nuts, you could use the services of waiters all day, as well as dine in a nearby fish restaurant, which could not be done by others who did not rent this pavilion. This moment was very pleasing, it was convenient, given that we were vacationing with a small child.
The beach is dirty in places, various rubbish was lying around - cigarette butts, straws, bags, wrappers, etc. , which I consider unacceptable for a hotel of this level, which it claims to be.
The entrance to the sea is quite normal, comfortable, there is sand on the beach, there are stones in the sea, but they did not cause me discomfort.
Regarding the main restaurant of the hotel, we were generally satisfied, we really liked breakfasts and dinners, their lunches are boring, there are few hot meat dishes. For breakfast they have a large selection of eggs, pancakes, various jams, sauces, chocolate and nut pastes, different honey, as well as honey in combs, a lot of vegetables and herbs, from fruits we had watermelons, melons, apples, pears, bananas, figs , lime, grapes, large selection of sweets, most of them are very tasty, loved it, especially Turkish baklava and tiramisu!
There is also a choice for children and people with a limited diet - stewed vegetables, rice, buckwheat, bulgur, oatmeal, boiled beef, chicken, turkey.
Breakfast also included cereals with milk, muesli, cereals, rings, cottage cheese, yoghurts, a huge selection of cheeses, sausages, regular toasts and with cheese and sausage, a large selection of bakery products. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, soups of 2-4 types were served, but I did not try them. From drinks, coffee from a coffee machine is different, tea from teapots is already ready, or packaged, one day I saw how smoothies were made from fruits and vegetables, it seemed there were still freshly squeezed juices.
On Thursday we got to the fish day, there was just a cosmic assortment, crayfish, shrimp, red fish, as well as white fish of other species, spaghetti and pasta with seafood in sauce, on this day the chefs walked and sang in Italian throughout the restaurant the impressions are incredible! In general, we were satisfied with the food, but there are some minor shortcomings.
I did not like the fact that the main restaurant has broken dishes, which I consider unacceptable in a hotel of this level.
Also, at one of the dinners, my husband was brought in a dirty glass of whiskey and cola. With regards to alcohol and bars in general, I liked everything, delicious brut and wine, their local, my husband mostly drank local Turkish beer or Chivas whiskey, we are satisfied with the quality! Also on the territory there is a cafe with ice cream, we tried different things, we liked it, but it’s very sweet out of habit) there is a coffee shop next to it, next to which there is an amphitheater. We went to the show a couple of times, because it was hard to get to the show with a small child, but the shows that we managed to watch are quite colorful and interesting, after the disco shows, which we also didn’t manage to attend).
The territory itself is quite large, very green, so much beautiful vegetation, a view of the mountains, of course we are delighted with the view.
Next to the main restaurant there is a cafe where Turkish gozleme cakes are baked, we tried it with meat, cheese and spinach, they are very tasty, they also give out the Turkish drink ayran. According to our type of accommodation, we had the right to visit any a la carte restaurants, we signed up for Mexican and fish, we also wanted to go to a steak house (meat), but there was a full record, and therefore we didn’t get there, it’s not bad in Mexican, but I didn’t impress, but I really liked the fish one, I was glad that these restaurants have a children’s menu : ) we didn’t sign up for other restaurants, there were also Aegean cuisine, Ottoman cuisine, Georgian cuisine, Far Eastern cuisine. If we took more days to rest, then everyone would be happy to visit. We also visited a coffee shop in the main building of the hotel, delicious, coffee, tea and various sweets, there are very tasty tiramisu.
We allocated one day to visit the water park, there is also an aqua snack bar, which works like a water park from 11 am to 5 pm, the water park is not bad, we rode several slides, sometimes we dined at this snack bar, where you can order shawarma, burger, pizza , potatoes in foil with filling, fruits, vegetables, there are also drinks in the bar, as well as ice cream in a wrapper. We visited the Children's Club, which is more designed for children aged 4 to 12 years old, there is nothing to do with the little ones, the Children's water park is not suitable for a child under 2-3 years old, dangerous slides, food in the children's club is almost the same as in the main restaurant, only there you can additionally take a shelf mixture, yogurts, mashed potatoes in glass jars (no meat jars), packaged juices, there is also a blender and a microwave, I didn’t see anything unusual for a child there).
There is a spa on the territory, which we were actively offered to use, but their prices are too high, for peeling, massage and face mask 80 euros ...for me it is not justifiably expensive. There are also pavilions with shops on the territory: textiles, souvenirs, weaknesses, jewelry, leather and furs, there is also a Children's Entertainment Center (for a fee), you can rent a children's car there, play slot machines and bowling, we found out the cost of renting a car - 10 dollars, did not recognize further). There is also a cinema, we were not there. Regarding the pools: there are a lot of them on the territory, but basically they didn’t get to them, swam a couple of times in the main pool near the main restaurant, the one with sea water, the rest of the pools are located where people live, the closest one to us was near the minibar ( I do not remember the name), not a big pool, cozy.
We didn’t swim in others, since the territory is large and it makes no sense to even go to others, due to the fact that they are plus or minus the same.
We took one excursion on a boat along the coast, duration two hours, for two 80 euros, a child is free : ) we really liked it, showed us various famous hotels, and also swam in a cave. We did not take more excursions, as with a small child. From the anex tour, we had a free excursion to the Turkish shopping mall and leather / furs, they brought us initially in leathers / furs, which we were not very interested in, but you could also buy Turkish sweets there, which we did, and in the Turkish mall we we didn’t hit, because the child began to act up and we went back to the hotel.
The weather is generally good, one day was cloudy, the rest of the days are comfortable, very warm, we got a light tan, we swam a lot, the water is comfortable.
In general, they were satisfied with the rest, there are more pluses than minuses, but still, for such money and the level of the hotel, I would like to get what I want in full. Thanks to the hotel staff for their responsiveness and meeting the requested needs!

Although the last two days they have put some kind of apparatus on the left side, which, like, "washes" sand onto the beach or something like that. I don’t understand what, but the water is muddy 20 meters from the shore - it’s disgusting to enter the water. That's why no one went swimming today. And accordingly, everything is by the pool and there is no crowding.
Food is normal - delicious grill and fish. Pretty good baseline. No frills.
Why did I write that this is not "all-inclusive" ...Because really prepare about 500-1000 dollars / euros from above in order to spend them on the spot for normal recreation conditions. And yes, do not take the standard. Either a house (cedar house as they call it here) or suites. With them you will have a private pool, constant meals in a la carte restaurants (if available) and 50% discount on pavilions.
