In general, the hotel is not bad: a huge, perfectly clean area, large, well-equipped rooms, excellent service, all employees are very friendly, a variety of entertainment for both children and adults: ping-pong, tennis courts, a chic water park, a children's pool with different slides , a playground with a trampoline, slides, houses is just located in a pine forest, bowling, animation (in those days when it was) - at a very high level.
But: there were a couple of shortcomings, in my opinion, very significant. Since we were traveling in the season when it was not very hot anymore, we were looking for a hotel that had heated pools. The hotel website had information that there were such pools in SunGate, but we still called the hotel to clarify. We were told over the phone that the indoor pools are always heated and there are several outdoor pools that are heated "on demand". With this we arrived, and found that in ordinary pools the water is ice cold (19 degrees), not a single person bathes. This was to be expected, but we did not find any heated pools, besides, the hot tubs near the pools and in the vaunted Sungate spa are also icy. For us it was just a shock: in the whole spa, warm water was only in the taps in the hammam!! ! It took several days of hassle and litigation with GuestService, who fed us for 3 days with promises that the water was about to be heated, and then they directly said that it was too expensive, and the water was heated only in the winter season, from October 31. There was little to do for children there, it was absolutely impossible to enter the pools! In the sea, the water was warmer, but the beach with terrible stones, several people were seriously injured with us.
The following: despite the huge amount of food, the children there, by and large, had nothing to eat: food was either for very young (all sorts of milk porridge), or for adults, all with sauces. Reheated dishes, such as spaghetti, were always almost cold. The kids ate at the pizzeria there.

And third: animation. Firstly, information about evening performances and in general about what is in the hotel is poorly delivered. For example, we accidentally found out that jazz is played every evening in one of the bars. And secondly, there were just empty evenings, for example, one day everywhere, in all bars and cinemas, a football match was shown.
