We rested from 12 to 23 April 2014 with children almost 4 years old and 2.5 years old.
Because during this period you don’t swim in the sea, except perhaps after a few glasses of whiskey))), we chose the hotel according to the principle: where to take a walk, entertain the children, and to have a good indoor pool. Everything has grown.
We arrived in the morning, settled immediately, although we were ready to wait until 14.00 (rules - there are rules), and in a suite with a paid standard. I want to note that both in Tekirova and in Beldibi we did not have to wait, and they provided us with rooms of higher categories. Apparently, this is one of the advantages of "off season". But the room overlooked the hozblok, it was very noisy. Because during that period, daytime sleep was mandatory for children, they asked to change it. They immediately replaced it with an extended standard, which was even more convenient for us, there are sliding doors between the bedroom and living room areas, the children got a separate room, which made them very happy. I liked the bathroom in the room, comfortable: bath, shower, isolated toilet.

I really want to mention the Rixy Club with an incomparable Kingdom. Very good room with games rooms, bathroom, etc. The splendid territory of the Kingdom. And, of course, the staff working there. Well done! Always joyful, cheerful, there is no shade of fatigue and irritation on the face (I can’t imagine how this is possible with so many squealing and squeaking creatures around). I was pleasantly surprised when six months later (when we came to Rixos Beldibi) we entered the Children's Club with the children, we were not only recognized, but remembered names! We did not manage to use the children's beach and water slides, because. Everything was just getting ready for the opening of the season. Unfortunately, we arrived in October 2014 when everything was already sorted out.
The food is excellent. Perhaps this is the only hotel we visited where we had no complaints about food and drink at all. Everything was delicious and varied. Belly Celebration! Lots of ripe fruits. Very tasty pineapples, not like in Thailand, but better than in Moscow))). The waiters and bartenders were good except for the Lotus bar. Maybe, of course, this is due to a large number of people, conference participants constantly hung out there. There were problems with explaining the right drink with the girl in the Piano bar, but, in the end, we understood each other, though not always correctly)))
As for the work of the maid - disgusting! Dirty towels were taken away, but new ones were often not returned. The bar was replenished only on demand. But these are trifles, although unpleasant. The room is carpeted, the dirt on it, of course, is not as noticeable as on the tiles, and the maid stubbornly did not notice it. When especially littered places were indicated, she cleaned up, but showing with her whole appearance that she was doing a great favor. I am not a proud person, and it’s not difficult for me to clean up, especially after my children, but since a daily cleaning service is already provided, then I probably need to do it, and I came on vacation, sort of, not with household chores study. Recommendation for maids: since you don’t want to turn on the vacuum cleaner once again (I understand), then carefully inspect the degree of contamination of the room. We are all pigs))), and especially small ones - they constantly gnaw cookies, spill juices, etc. , etc.
The territory, the beach - everything has already been described and told. Worthy. Children, at times, lay down on large wooden swinging sunbeds for daytime sleep and slept wonderfully. The first few days were spent on studying and laying the most optimal routes around the hotel in order to manage everything in a day: adults to eat and drink, children have more worries - a kids club, the Kingdom, a pool, a pastry shop))). Well, in the intervals, also lie in the sun.

We were very pleased with our vacation. The hotel is suitable for all categories of citizens))). But when choosing this hotel, one must take into account that in the high season, up to 3.500 guests rest here, as I was told.
