Now I am in this hotel with my husband. We booked a Standard room with a mountain view (we love mountains). As a result, the view of the mountains turned out to be overlooking the road, where cars constantly drive. And also a karting center where they go karting until 23.00 and later. With an open balcony, it is not comfortable to be in the room. For three days I tried at the reception to change the room to a room in a quieter place. But every day they "feed" breakfast: either come after breakfast, or after dinner. I came to rest, and not to run every day to the reception and try to change the room! Then they offered a room in the central building, but as a result, it also turned out to be not in a quiet place: there was a rumble and a hood from the kitchen. I am very disappointed with this attitude of the hotel management. Not at all interested in the comfort of tourists.
Food, territory, sea - everything is excellent! The food is beyond praise. The area is very beautiful and large. The animation is excellent, the water park is normal.
Rooms - the furniture is tired, the hood in the bathroom and toilet does not work. Housekeeping excellent. There are a lot of cobwebs on the windows on the stairs and the windows themselves are dirty.

I came not to look for flaws, but to relax, and perhaps I expected more from a Rixos hotel. But unfortunately the hotel did not live up to my expectations.
