During our stay at the hotel there were birthdays - my, husband and baby friends, about which our travel agent informed the hotel, and they decided to please us right away - settled in pigsties. The rooms have very poor lighting, and you don’t immediately understand whether it’s clean or dirty, but after looking closely, you fall into a stupor. Washed bed linen, old crumpled bedspreads, crumpled dirty curtains, but most of all I was pleased with the bathroom - the wall near the toilet was stained with feces, bathrobes, probably, the floors were washed, dried and provided to the guests. Moreover, such a charm went not only to us, but also to our friends as fabulously "lucky". Is that Rixos? ! It's a shame! Having expressed all the claims at the reception, the counter, which all the days of our stay was smeared with incomprehensible things, they tried to convince us that we had a wonderful room and they all had them. In the end, we were moved to the main building, taking a surcharge for the "view but the sea", although the view was on the pool for $ 250, well, at least it was "old, but clean. " There was an impression that we were "divorced" for a surcharge. Anticipating a negative reaction to the hotel, on the day of our departure, they issued a check for this surcharge. The mood was spoiled. We expected the luxury and respectability of the Rixos, before that we stayed in three hotels of this chain, but got a broken-down hotel with canteens instead of restaurants, dubious quality alcohol, lack of staff. Yes, and the existing staff, not all are diligent and cordial to guests. The bartender at the bar near the stage behaved as if they had come personally to his house and demanded an unacceptable amount - he refused the request for two glasses of nuts for 7 people. I have never seen such rudeness! This hotel is for the youngsters, for whom the main thing is parties, it doesn’t matter what to drink - it would be good. In fairness, I must say that the territory of the hotel is really wonderful, but that's probably all that can be said about him good.
