Hello to all tourists))) We are four: me, my husband and another young couple chose THIS hotel a month before departure, I really liked the photos, the price is not high 38.000r. for 11 nights for two (which was amazing, because a month ago the rest in this hotel was 65t. R. ), we planned to go for 12 days. We bought vouchers and went, dreaming how we would be there)) We flew in, we immediately liked the hotel, at the reception everything is like in the picture, and around too, we think - well, everything, we will get high)). As a result, from 10 am to 2 pm, they didn’t check us in (I know that this is normal, they usually check in from 12 pm to 2 pm), BUT we were told by a guide from our company from which BRISCO arrived that the hotel was in the "stop" and settled will not be in it. I won’t tell you about the reasons why they didn’t, and I won’t burden you with this. In total, 51 tourists remained uninhabited, including 4 of us. We were upset, because we really wanted to stay in it. They took everyone to another hotel, it was bad (10 times worse and older. In general, out of 50 people, about 30 refused to settle, so we traveled with suitcases until 8 pm, until they brought us to a good level hotel - Novia White Lilyum 4 *, the hotel is cool, 1 minute from the sea! After being in it for 7 days, they moved to another one for 5 days, maybe. October is the end of the season in Turkey and they relocate guests, relocated to 5 stars! This is their own line of Novia hotels, Novia White Lilyum 5 *, it was only a few meters away, we were escorted and politely settled! ) Thanks to the staff of the Novia series hotels! I think for the money we are sooo lucky! ) I will write them wonderful reviews. We were frankly told that these 2 hotels in which we stayed are 10 times better than the Royal Towers Resort.
