First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Natalie tours for this trip, since in the most demanded month we were able to relax for quite reasonable finances. The price-quality ratio matched. We rested in this hotel for 6 nights and 6 days on a burning tour. The price was $ 1.150 with flight insurance and fuel collection for two! It is clear, of course, that this hotel is far from Rixos, but we do not complain because we paid, I think, a ridiculous amount. Settled immediately, the view went to the mountains, which suited us perfectly. The shortcomings of the hotel immediately came out - the light in the bathroom was blinking, the safe was blocked (they had not been checked before our check-in), there were no slippers or a bathrobe, as it should be in a five-star hotel. From cosmetics - two microscopic jars of shampoo and soap, shower gel was missing. Upon arrival, we spent 2 hours in the room unpacking things, waiting for the arrival of either a team of Turkish electricians to replace the lamp, or experts in the safe. Later she asked to give us slippers, as she saw that others had : )
Towels left coils on the body, the air conditioner was absolutely not regulated, no matter what temperature we set, it was very cold, we tried to leave it for the night and we immediately got a sore throat, because instead of blankets there were some waffle thin sheets !! ! All 6 nights we suffered and did not get enough sleep because of the heat, we literally sweated (45 degrees during the day, and 30 at night). Periodically turned on this air conditioner and went out or turned it on at night, woke up from the cold, turned it off. The room is new but all this renovation hastily made of poor quality materials. There were 2 small holes on the wall, below and under the ceiling. The bathroom was leaking on the floor in the bathroom there was always a puddle. Now, about the hotel itself - there is still a smell of construction around the hotel, some kind of construction dust. Construction work is still going on in the so-called territory. The public toilets on the ground floor are very dirty. The restaurant is more like a canteen. The food is good, but I could not eat meat and fish (not tasty), only chicken. And so - a lot of vegetables, fruits - nectarines, peaches, melons, watermelons, grapes. Desserts are weak. Good breakfasts. If you decide to go for a late dinner, then only soup of one kind and bread are the only food. Restaurant a la carte fish in the same place where the general dinner, only served by the waiters. The fish was delicious. Cooler water! So we bought mineral water in the store. Since 2 small bottles per day were left in the mini bar and this was not enough. Also in the mini bar, the juice was terrible, absolutely chemical and red bull Turkish. And from drinks, local Pepsi, Fanta, beer and that's it. The territory of the hotel is completely absent! This is a hotel and 2 swimming pools nearby for adults and children. The website indicated that it was possible to play tennis, but we were told that the court was not yet ready. On the minus the first floor, there is actually still construction, a cold pool, a small gym with dirty floors, a hammam, which we turned on at our request only on the 3rd day of our stay, and a sauna that seemed to work all the time. There is no animation, just a couple of times we went in and did not understand at all what was happening there and why. We went to bed at 10 pm and still didn’t get enough sleep because of stuffiness.
Regarding the beach - it is not clear, why write that the beach is 75 meters away. The beach is 400 meters minimum. You need to leave the hotel and go through the village. Beach towels were issued daily, on the card for issuing towels in Russian it is written with errors. On the first day in the evening we went to the beach and could not find our beach. We saw towels of the same color on a spacious beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, and there we sunbathed for 3 days and swam. It turned out that this beach is not our hotel! On the 4th day, the guard of that beach noticed this and kicked us out. Let's go find our beach. And our beach turned out to be about 7 meters wide (I'm not kidding) and the sunbeds are stuck so that you can't walk between them! To the left and to the right, it is littered with sunbeds of some other hotels. There was a soup of people in the sea, it was absolutely impossible to swim, you couldn’t even enter the water. We swam the rest of the rest at lunchtime, when everyone went to bed and left for lunch. Once they went far along the beaches and swam on someone else's beach, where there was no one. On the beach from the hotel was organized water, drinks, sandwiches very simple and ice cream once. People on our beach were loudly indignant, apparently paid a lot of money and were very disappointed in the rest. This hotel is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. It's a 3, well, a stretch of 4 stars. The hotel is small! Boring! No beach! The plus is that, although it’s a cheap repair, the hotel is new, fresh, and the big minus is that the site is deceiving about how far the beach is and so on. Yes, and from the airport is not 45 km, but 65-70. We drove for an hour and a half, taking into account the fact that people were still being transported to other hotels. The conclusion is that for the amount that we paid, it is possible to rest there, but not for a big one.
