We went to this hotel for the second time, since in 2016 everything was pleasant. Alas, it turned out that the hotel is very deteriorated. Food is good, great selection of pastries. But in the hotel - salmonellosis, I was officially diagnosed after returning from the hotel, we barely got there. It's just a dirty kitchen and contaminated products that have not been thermally processed properly.

The hotel management knows everything very well, sanitary doctors came to the hotel with equipment in an ambulance car, but everything remains as it was.
Terrible alcohol. There is not a single bottle of original or at least analogue. Even local wine is the cheapest, made from powder and fusel alcohol, it is impossible to drink it. The hotel for adults - pear non-alcoholic champagne. Terrible local liquor in the form of "gin", "whiskey".
Very boring animation, live music is terrible, a half-drunk Russian singer with a tablet with a backing track without hearing or voice, and a Turkish guy without a hearing at all.
Cleaning was annoying - they could not come at all or start cleaning at half past five, but they didn’t really do anything.
Unqualified, very lazy staff - Kyrgyz students, they don't care what impression they have, they won't work in this hotel for a long time.
The hotel has ceased to be German, the Germans and the British are fleeing en masse from it, around the pool there are a lot of free sunbeds. But more and more bydlovaty Russian tagil type. Squeals of drunken girls by the pool, pestering other tourists, even threatening to beat them up if they don't like something.
It is noteworthy that the Tophotels website promptly removes all negative reviews about the hotel, and there were plenty of them, not a single one remains. Moreover, positive reviews are written from Turkey. And those who dared to write the truth about the hotel are insulted and intimidated.

We chose a specially quiet hotel for a relaxing holiday. We were 5 times in Turkey, the first time we see the evening show time under the windows of the rooms. Moreover, there is a special stage by the sea for the show.
Meals: food, as elsewhere in Turkey, a lot, but in this hotel the chef does not cook tasty. The dishes are dirty, it looks like they are just rinsing them.
Waiters: very polite, attentive and responsive. Especially Malika and Nursultan.
Territory: it simply does not exist.
Alcohol: ultra all inclusive, alcoholic drinks around the clock, but there are no imported ones.
Room: good, comfortable.
Air conditioning: in the main restaurant and in common areas does not work at all, it works in the room at certain hours, it is turned off from evening to morning.

We asked our guide, he said that he had heard about it for the first time and that there was no such thing. We asked the vacationers, and they told where it was possible to sign up for it, near the reception.
Cleaning: towels are changed every day and that's it, the bed was never changed in 9 days, and was not cleaned. It's just some kind of horror, even in hotel 3 they clean and change the bed 1 time in 3 days.
The hotel is a good 3 stars, but paid for 5 stars.
We do not recommend this hotel, overpaid money and ruined vacation. We were lucky with the weather and the warm sea, but this is not the merit of the hotel.
Who was the first time in Turkey and got into this hotel, they liked it, who was not the first time, and there is something to compare with, they definitely did not like it.
Of course, everyone has their own opinion, but I can’t understand where the positive reviews come from, there are a lot of minuses and I came across this hotel solely on positive reviews.

If you like rooms without air conditioning and ventilation at +32 you are here, but I don’t go here anymore. I will fly, go to tui and say a separate “thank you” for the hotel. Next time I will find out more about split systems in hotels with 5 * I did not expect that such a seemingly standard thing as air conditioning will spoil the rest in 5 *))))

The hotel was chosen for adults - I wanted peace and relaxation. We chose Haven on the advice of a tour operator. We arrived around 9 am. Settled immediately in a room with a side sea view (paid for a sea view in advance at home). We liked the room: not far from the reception, no need to use the elevator, everything is tastefully decorated, although it smelled a little damp.

Settled immediately in a room with a side sea view (paid for a sea view in advance at home). We liked the room: not far from the reception, no need to use the elevator, everything is tastefully decorated, although it smelled a little damp. The hotel workers attributed this phenomenon to the recent construction of the hotel. After turning on the air conditioner, the smell evaporated and we did not notice it anymore. We went straight to breakfast. I really liked the main restaurant: the food is varied for every taste - I am a vegetarian, my husband loves meat - he also liked everything. Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast was also a place to be. During the whole week of stay, we tried grilled shrimp and various fried fish, various fruits. The soups (my husband is an amateur) were delicious. I really liked the side dishes of rice with and without vegetables (this is my main meal). The service is polite, with a smile (in my opinion natural). The territory of the hotel is small, but very comfortable for vacationers. . There are also hammocks and a small stream with beautiful flowers on the sides on the way to the sea. The hotel has a very nice bar where we spent time in the sun. The signature Blue Haven cocktail is very tasty. 80% of the Germans rested in the hotel - they spent the whole day near the pool, and in the evening near the stage on the sea - there were all sorts of discos competitions. Therefore, in the evening in the pool, my husband and I swam alone - a buzz. In general - the hotel, housekeeping (they laid out sheets like sea pictures), attendants, food, spa (free 1 massage 30 minutes) - everything is beyond praise. Now a little negative: the beach - the first line - is good, but it is not from the hotel and everyone who wants to rest on it and local Turks with families come and visit from neighboring hotels. It's a little stressful. No one watches the sun loungers - who lies on them (bracelets were not worn at the hotel). The sea during our stay was dirty and with decent waves. My husband swims well - he sailed away from the coast so that the water was cleaner, and I was forced to wallow in dirty water. And MOST IMPORTANTLY - the lifeguards do not follow the vacationers at all. I almost drowned - coming out of the sea I was covered by a wave (my husband sailed far from the coast and did not see this) and I tried to get on my feet, but I didn’t have time and the second wave covered me again, I hit my head on the bottom and I was dragged along the stones with sand at the bottom - having miraculously got out, I couldn’t go into the sea alone without my husband - I was afraid. There is a lifeguard tower, but no one ever sits on it. We made an unambiguous conclusion from the trip - the hotel is cool, but the beach near the hotel is unsafe.

We looked at the photos, read the reviews and we all liked it. All our expectations were met and even a couple of bonuses were added in favor of the hotel - a wonderful free vacation on a yacht, trips to neighboring cities and a shopping center, cleanliness on the territory of the hotel and in the hotel itself, excellent, simply incomparable sea and clean beach, wonderful spa, staff correct and polite, excellent food (a lot of very tasty cooked meat and fresh fruit, which is very important for me).

We were greeted joyfully with champagne)))) settled almost immediately. We were not looking for cons, we just rested and we liked everything. Before that, they rested in Commodore (Side). Heaven falls short of Commodore a little: evening programs at Commodore are cooler, more interesting, bartenders and waiters at Commodore are well trained, and Heaven has simple waiters at the bar who sometimes just don’t know how to make a cocktail, which, I think, is not for such a hotel. admissible, well, plastic cups and dishes do not fit into the beautiful interior of the hotel and its concept. But basically I really liked the hotel, I recommend it to couples in love for a romantic getaway!!!!

2. I would like to introduce a dress code at least when visiting a restaurant for dinner. such a beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant sets you up for a wonderful rest and in the evening you want to sit next to decently dressed people, and not look at the bras (sorry) and bare legs of men... .
