The bar on the beach is good, but there are few tables, sometimes everything is busy at lunchtime. The rooms are good, modern decoration and plumbing, a comfortable bed, but a very strange design decision - to make transparent partitions between the toilet and the shower. . . I had to close the door with a towel. I once waited on the beach min. 30 (their phone broke, the husband went on foot to the reception to call for a car, so they asked him with surprise: “why doesn’t my wife walk on foot? ”) - I explain - my child is 4 years old, we carry a circle, armlets, a bucket to the beach, a spatula, a huge water pistol and a bunch of other toys + 3 towels, a book, etc. in general, do you understand, and how is it all to clatter back on the way up?! ? + in addition to clatter on the hands of a child, because he is tired and his legs hurt.
Secondly, the food in this hotel is just beeeeeeeeeeeee, I wrote this in a cultural way, not only is it the same thing every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it’s also not tasty (well, for example, there is grilled fish, it’s so dry, it’s not possible to eat, I don’t remember a single delicious dish, we just ate so as not to be hungry). And they give ice cream only from 15:00 to 16:00, and at that time a huge queue is built, and my child is still sleeping at that time, and if he didn’t wake up by 16:00, he was very upset that he didn’t have time to eat ice cream.
Thirdly, and this is perhaps the most important thing - the staff is very disrespectful to visitors, I would say boorishly. (The situation - we came to dinner, we wanted to sit down at a table that had just been vacated, we asked the waiter to remove the table, to which we received the answer: "Sit down at another table in another room, there are clean ones. " We are not harmful, but it is in this the hall where we wanted to sit there is a children's area, children's tables and a couple of toys, the child, when he has eaten, can go to play, and the parents can calmly finish their food. comfort to sit ?? ? such situations the sea.
Fourthly, this hotel has only 2 elevators, which means that you will spend half of your rest near the elevator waiting for it, and then you will stop on each floor... + there is no air conditioning in the elevator, in such heat in Turkey you can just die in it ? There is a playroom for children, to be indoors, they don’t even go outside with children, and they do what they want there, they only paint T-shirts with them for an additional fee ($ 10). Now the review itself. I’ll make a reservation right away that I’m not too picky, so I’ll try to be as objective as possible. Arrived from Kyiv on the morning of June 27th. There were no free rooms, but we didn’t have to wait until two, we were settled at 12:30.
Now, in order, the unpleasant moments:
1. Because I had to wait for the settlement, it was time to work. But it was not there, wi-fi is connected along with the settlement. Asked at the reception to turn it on, explained the situation. They said no. then we offered to buy, there is no such option. We said that this is very important for us, because. we need to work, for which they joked to us like "why work, you came to rest? " Well, OK. As a result, they turned on one Wi-Fi on the phone. On the other through roaming worked.
2. Numbers. After 3 hours of check-in, towels were not provided. Called the reception literally 6 times. It seems that it was not an ignore, but they have problems with the processes. 4. Food. A controversial moment, because. The quality of food directly depends on how much you paid. But we got bored in 6 days. There was fish and meat, mussels and red fish. There were never any shrimp.

2. Still, we will continue to try to go to hotels where mostly Europeans have a rest (even better, where, moreover, Germans are managing). In this hotel, 90% of the former CIS. Why such a conclusion? Europeans know better the limits of their rights, what they are supposed to - they demand, what is not - they do not demand it. In hotels with Russian-speaking guests, hotel staff often encounter ridiculous and stupid demands from guests, so they stop being helpful and inventive in really important situations.
