For a long time I was looking for an option for an inexpensive good hotel in Kadikoy, on the Asian side, and stopped at this hotel. Great location. 5 min walk from Kadikoy pier, very easy to find. The hotel is small but stylish. Clean, comfortable, good. The single room is small but properly furnished, so it doesn't feel cramped.

The hotel is small but stylish. Clean, comfortable, good.
The single room is small but properly furnished, so it doesn't feel cramped. Only the shower is designed for miniature or medium-sized people, large ones will be cramped. There is a safe in the room, a minibar is paid, but in the lobby bar they didn’t take money from me for Turkish tea and coffee. Wifi is excellent.
Easy delicious Turkish breakfast with fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses and more. Normal unobtrusive polite staff.
For me, there were no cons, but for others, it may be difficult with languages. At the reception, the manager either speaks only Turkish or plain English (they work in shifts).
In general, my impression is excellent. The owner himself is constantly in the hotel. You can dine at the hotel at a reasonable price.
If you love new places, are not confused by status and do not want to spend extra money, then you are here. And shopping nearby is good.
