I wanted to get to this hotel with my family for 2 seasons. We were subscribed to their page on instagram - impressions from the photo remained only positive. Referring to the Ukrainian news, which put Berdyansk as the first busiest city in terms of tourists, ahead of even Odessa? ? ? ? we understood how difficult it would be to get into one of the most advertised hotels. Nevertheless, after 2 weeks of intrusive calls, we booked 4 days (apparently someone refused). Deluxe class room (according to generally accepted standards, the Luxe room (sometimes called De Luxe): it does not need to be translated, this is a room with a high level of comfort), costing 1400.00 UAH per day it differed from the Luxe room by 400.00 UAH.


What was our disappointment when we were greeted by tired workers at the reception. When asked to bring a baby cot to the room, they said that there are none, although children from 3 years old are charged a fee of 200.00 UAH ? ? ? ? then for what?
Despite the fact that the hotel positions itself as a family.
There were no empty spaces in the parking lot, so the car was told to drive through some kind of service entrance, filled with overflowing open garbage cans, bed linen is hung a little further? ? ; the parking lot was a drive over the curb into a green area. The distance to the building is decent, taking into account all the inconveniences - bags and a child, we raised a question about the provision of porter services, to which we were refused? ? . There are no signs on the territory, how to look for your building - figure it out for yourself.

The main question arose immediately - it turns out that the use of the pool, which the hotel promotes to the fullest on its pages in social networks, is available only to a few houses, which, as it turned out, are located in a closed area, entry is prohibited there. This is not indicated anywhere on the site, only in the description of the rooms, in the bungalow section, it is indicated that it is.
The fact that the use of the pool is PROHIBITED for other guests is not stated anywhere. You need to write about it in huge letters on the site! Also, we did not find a gym, although later we noticed that it was also missing in the description of our room, so we were supposedly not allowed to go there.
We were basically looking for a hotel with a pool, because the nights this summer are cold and the sea in the mornings too, and you can’t get the child out of the water, but alas, because of the story with the pool, we had to spend the night paid for the night and go to another hotel. At the reception they did not want to return the money, they said that they simply did not return it. ? ? I had to call the manager and explain the situation. Somehow the issue was resolved. The staff feel like they are not interested in jobs, everyone is dull and unfriendly.

I think if the hotel representatives had offered a solution to the problem with the pool in time, they would have said that they would clarify this on the website, they would continue to warn us, and not poke us in the description of the room, then we would have stayed, but this did not happen. ? ?
From one day's impressions:
1. The beach is wide and clean, equipped with umbrellas;
3. Mini zoo with pigeons, rabbits and squirrels;
4. Beautiful territory of the hotel;
5. Sun loungers are paid 25 hryvnia - ??? ? ;
7. The rooms have an old repair, the curtains are burnt out, in some places with holes, the hydrobox is old, the doors do not close, the holder inside the box is held on an ear stick? ? . Not very pleasant. And this is a superior room;
8. There are no towels for the beach, which is also inconvenient, we accidentally took one towel with us, so we went to the beach with it ?? ? ? .
