I was in the hotel twice, once with my husband for the first wedding anniversary, and the second time with my mother for the period of her birthday. The first impression is already formed upon arrival, when the security guard welcomes you with a smile, wishes you a good rest and tells you how to get to the reception. While heading to the reception, there were only thoughts - wow, what nature and air. On the day of our arrival, the receptionist Maya worked at the reception, very pleasant, smiling, always making concessions, which cannot be said about other administrators who replaced Yulia and Katya. Julia does not shine with benevolence at all. On our first arrival, we were given two magnetic keys, which was very convenient, my husband could go for a massage, and at that time I could go to the beach and, accordingly, we did not worry about how to get into the room. What I can’t say about the second race, they gave out one key and categorically stated that the second one doesn’t shine for us, since they changed the rules! I really liked the interior decoration and filling of the hotel, everything is done in a certain color scheme with an emphasis on wood, in eco style. Everywhere is clean, it smells good, the rooms are impeccable, the cleaning lady usually tries to call the room or meet in the corridor to clarify whether we need cleaning today, or change towels, etc. , very polite and pleasant. We went to the bathhouse - I liked it very much, especially the branded herbal and berry tea with honey and bagels, the attendant is a good-natured, local resident. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, the pool is still some kind of awkward, and it doesn’t always work to change the water in it - this is a whole problem (the sister complained that it didn’t work for 3 days when they arrived, the water was changed). I was very pleased that there is Wi-Fi everywhere, you lie on a lounger on the pool or in a gazebo on the territory or in your room, anywhere you have Internet in good quality, super! We went to the beach, which is located outside the hotel, a clean river of Dreams, red with iodine, we enjoyed it, although the beach is wild, but we were looking for this - wild primitive nature. On the way to the beach you see a lot of flowers, butterflies fly, birds, storks walk in the meadow, beauty! We went to the billiard room in the evening, well equipped, lots of tables. In terms of food, breakfasts are generally excellent, a good choice, but I would like it to be extended until 11. Everything is served in beautiful dishes, the dishes do not look like a canteen, sometimes of course they take a long time, this mainly applies to dinner. The choice of dishes in Eger would be more varied, for 2-3 days there is nothing to order, well, the prices bite a little on the menu. At one of the breakfasts, we really liked jam, several types, and we decided to buy it as a souvenir (the hotel offers it at the reception). We then thought that it would be the same as at breakfast, but it turned out to be, to put it mildly, some kind of burda. Especially branded jam from cones - it turned out to be like a liquid jelly in which there are three cones. Maybe it's just that we were unlucky. . . , because they just ran out of it and people were waiting for a supposedly new batch, and they, it seems, diluted it so as not to lose clientele. In general, of course, there are disadvantages and some shortcomings, but still the hotel is very sunk into the soul, the general atmosphere, comfort, nature, cleanliness, the friendliness of most of the staff, a modern approach. And given that the hotel is still young - you can close your eyes to some nuances. The main thing is that everything that attracts people here remains in it: an amazing combination of nature and comfort!
