The hotel area is quite large and almost everything is forested. There are also large forests around. Do not over-walk. But basically, of course, the children and I hung around the pools. Slides bar nearby make the rest very easy and unforgettable. The rooms are clean. The staff is quite friendly especially the security as the face of the hotel make the picture very attractive.

There is a folding sofa (for extra linen they took 300 UAH from us), or the child sleeps with you (the child turned 6), the three of us can lie down to watch a cartoon, but a night's sleep is not rest. I usually carry my cosmetics, but I will describe everything: gel, soap, toothbrushes, paste, shower caps for hair, cotton buds, toothpicks, slippers, bathrobes.
TERRITORY is clean and beautiful. Swans, of course, can spoil on the track, but it's closer to the reservoir, you could overlook it, but in general everything is ok. It was stated that they were being treated for mosquitoes. I didn’t see it personally, after the rain, late in the evening, the living creatures began to pester. But the guards didn’t feel the nightmare, and they didn’t seem to bite anyone : )
SWIMMING POOL. Warm, clean, the first day there was a strong smell of bleach. A lifeguard constantly sits by the children's pool and in one situation I even saw his lightning-fast reaction. Well done! Of course, parents should monitor the children, but with such a lifeguard you can be sure that if you blinked at the wrong time, everything will be ok.
RESTAURANT. Breakfast (buffet) was included in the price of the room, I have only positive emotions about them. Champagne and strawberries in the morning put me into a stupor in the pleasant sense of the word. Everything is beautifully clean and tidy, tasty and satisfying. Polite staff. It was a restaurant on the 2nd floor of the main building.
We spent lunches and dinners at the Jaeger restaurant. There is something ok, but there is something that, in my opinion, does not reach the restaurant dish, and even for that kind of money (prices at the level of the capital). Of course, they coped with mashed potatoes and a cutlet for children, and the meat was served beautifully to the men, although the vegetables were on a plate, well, so-so, but this homemade pasta "nest with chicken and tomatoes" well, I would not have cooked this at home, but this is a restaurant . Maybe I'm spoiled, but I'll explain. When you position this pasta as a restaurant dish, then at least the tomatoes had to be processed or something similar to the sauce was made from them. And these were spaghetti from the store with pieces of chopped dry chicken and raw tomatoes cut into pieces, and even the “ass” of the tomato was not removed. I told the waiter (Nesterenko Katya) about this and she assured me that she would tell the cook. I hope that you will improve, otherwise, noticing the “Inspector General” sign in the hall, the thought is that you are relaxed or the auditor is chopping raw and hard tomatoes in spaghetti for himself : )

Namely, children's animation and MK as an additional contribution to the arguments of such an inflated cost, although it is always there from 8 to 20:30. Imagine if you are going there for a holiday weekend without children : ) why do you need children's animation, what kind of additional service is this strange? I want to say that the child only went to the disco twice, she went there exactly like in Egypt or Turkey, all the same songs and dances. And these gatherings with crafts, as it is fashionable to call them "Master Classes" in the summer, when there is a trampoline, a swimming pool and just a good playground, are not very necessary and interesting. Also, in order to do all this, you had to go to the gazebo and sit there with the animators, they themselves did not conduct vigorous activities to collect the kids (an invitation to something). Perhaps someone who wants to relax, but the children still do not know how to entertain themselves, then this is a useful moment. And so for an amateur, and in no way can this be an argument for raising the price.
I also caught on the wrong consultation about the arbors. I was told that the rental of a gazebo for 2 hours is 800 UAH, upon arrival we at the same reception and in the restaurant watched an advertisement for these gazebos where it was declared 3 hours for 800 UAH. I note that you won’t be able to use gazebos to just sit in a board game with a child to play or hide from the rain, as chains will hang on them closed, because this is an additional service there you will be covered with everything the same as in a restaurant + rent, but sit on bank of the reservoir. By the way, for meat, they assured me that you can fry your own, but I read from other comments that they don’t give such an opportunity, I didn’t check, I can’t confirm or deny. I don’t understand at all why I need a waiter and wine glasses in a gazebo by the water where I just want to sit with my loved ones and fry a barbecue, talk about my own, and not to have someone else standing over your soul, this is not a table in a restaurant.

And now the Independence Day is approaching with three days off, of course, we immediately decided to spend them in Shishkin. But it turned out that there is a special offer for the indicated dates and you can’t just book a room with meals, you have to pay for someone’s songs and dances, a program for children, despite the fact that we don’t have children, and a grill picnic, although we prefer healthy food.

That is, during the day it is impossible for three children to sleep in a room, because in addition to just visitors to the restaurant, master classes are held there during the day and there is a hubbub. In addition, in the room one wall is covered in mold, it stinks terribly at night. The request to relocate was refused, as everything is busy on our dates. At the same time, friends - a married couple without children, have the same room for the same dates, only with clean walls and on the second floor, away from the restaurant. It turns out that the administrator at the settlement does not think at all about his guests.
The food is good, but in conversations with barbecues, they don’t allow their meat to be fried, you must either order a grill in a restaurant, or order meat in the kitchen and fry it yourself. The price of such veal meat is 80 UAH. / 100 g. We ordered a barbecue, a serving for 200 g is 3 pieces of pork. And the weight on the menu is raw meat.
In general, the cuisine is good and tasty. Lots of entertainment - spa, bicycles, quad bikes, animation for children is free from 8 to 23.
If not for the redneck moments described above, a good impression would have been left.
