We booked directly, we were charged an advance payment for 1 day, although no advance payment was charged from friends who booked through booking. Its necessity is not clear, since the hotel is full and in case of refusal of the room, it will be immediately redeemed. But that's not the point.
The day before arrival, I asked what floor the room was on and whether it would be noisy there. I was told that the room is on the first floor and the quiet hour is from 23-00, the room has a view of the lake. What was my surprise when we were settled in a room closest to the summer terrace of the restaurant. That is, during the day it is impossible for three children to sleep in a room, because in addition to just visitors to the restaurant, master classes are held there during the day and there is a hubbub. In addition, in the room one wall is covered in mold, it stinks terribly at night. The request to relocate was refused, as everything is busy on our dates. At the same time, friends - a married couple without children, have the same room for the same dates, only with clean walls and on the second floor, away from the restaurant. It turns out that the administrator at the settlement does not think at all about his guests.
The food is good, but in conversations with barbecues, they don’t allow their meat to be fried, you must either order a grill in a restaurant, or order meat in the kitchen and fry it yourself. The price of such veal meat is 80 UAH. / 100 g. We ordered a barbecue, a serving for 200 g is 3 pieces of pork. And the weight on the menu is raw meat.

In general, the cuisine is good and tasty. Lots of entertainment - spa, bicycles, quad bikes, animation for children is free from 8 to 23.
If not for the redneck moments described above, a good impression would have been left.
