There were no signs anywhere that you can’t swim, that wires were laid in the water and that it could give you an electric shock. But the current was there, and 2 beautiful young people died from the electric shock. From the side of the complex, absolutely zero measures were taken to save their lives. Only the guard, on his own initiative, and not according to instructions, climbed onto the board and tried to get the body that had sunk to the bottom with an oar. But he immediately said that he felt that he was being electrocuted and returned to the shore. The Brech complex does not have a lifeguard on this huge lake, there is no doctor or even a nurse, there are no emergency call buttons, and communication on the territory is very poor. Staying on the territory of the complex is life-threatening!

The receptionist called three times, the master came three times and did something with them. As a result, he admitted that he could not fix it, so he suggested turning them off altogether. Of course, such a solution to the problem did not please us, but we agreed, if only there was no more of this buzz! We categorically do not recommend this room to anyone, especially if you relax in the winter.
The second point, which made us very upset, was that we were not warned about the corporate party of some company, which took place in the evening. All restaurants closed on special. service. When asked where we can have dinner, we were told that they would bring food to the room or dine at the entertainment center, where only pizza and other fast food are available. If we had known what would happen, we would not have gone there to celebrate our birthday at all. I think guests should be warned about this in advance! Our mood was ruined.
Summing up, I want to say that it is not worth that kind of money. The service leaves much to be desired! We spent a considerable sum, having spent two days there, but we did not get the pleasure we expected. Of the pluses, I can only highlight the service in the restaurant and delicious cuisine.

3) The description of the room indicated the presence of 2 TVs, but none of them worked!! ! I just read the reviews and many write about it, the hotel's answer is surprising, they say, "if you called, then the administrator came and set it up. " I have a counter question to YOU: "Why do I pay 5050 UAH for a number and have to call with a request to set up channels? WHY ARE THEY NOT INITIALLY SET UP??? "

For children, this is heaven. Fresh air, equipped playgrounds, swimming in the pool and lake, cycling and horseback riding. The greatest pleasure for the granddaughter was getting to know the horse Knight, on which she rode for two days for 15 minutes.
The good news is that you do not need to travel far, to undergo acclimatization. The territory is green, many kinds of different trees and shrubs. The cuisine is delicious, the presentation is interesting, there are pools and saunas, a cool walking park, they have cleanliness and order in the spa, the staff is wonderful! Zhanna, Vova, Marina and the manager Irina (I don’t remember my middle name, sorry) are in their place! Well done! Continue in the same spirit.

First, about the shortcomings. We booked a Chinese room (my daughter wanted exotic) a week before arrival, by phone, we were assured that it was reliable. Upon arrival, it turned out that the room was already taken, and they were waiting for us a day later. True, we were offered a hotel room for the same price, new, spacious, very clean and comfortable. But.... with a view of the construction site. Okay, they screwed up. Do not return to Chernigov because of this. The room has a large plasma, but no TV. We watched TV via YouTube, it's good that wi-fi is good. With intimate lighting did not work out - the lamp did not turn on. Okay, we didn't come here for intimacy.... They wanted to ventilate, but there were big problems with opening the window, the fittings were already out of order. The next day they ordered a horse for 1 hour (and it costs 200 grams, after all). The session started half an hour late, then after 15 minutes of skating we were asked to enter their position (someone didn’t come on shift or there weren’t enough horses, something like that) and finish 20 minutes earlier. Everything seemed to be polite and friendly, but the sediment remained. . . We didn't mind solely in the interests of the horse. The quadricycles were all broken by the time we arrived.... It's okay to ride bikes. But the site says: quadricycles! Just do not think that the weekend failed! These minor shortcomings were more than compensated by the hospitable staff, wonderfully arranged territory, clean, new and quite comfortable eco-friendly! number. Especially worth noting is the sauna with a swimming pool, super! Good and affordable cuisine. The territory is very beautiful and interesting for inspection, which is constantly developing and improving (we had the opportunity to compare with 2014). And for communication with horses you can forgive everything! We wish the complex prosperity! We will gladly come again.
