The hotel is in the center, the rooms are very decent, even the standard for 275 UAH. Relatively clean (except for dust)) But, having arrived a little later than breakfast time, they refused us - they were preparing a banquet for the evening (there were two of us). And, what upset me the most, when we arrived at the hotel late in the evening, (it was raining and it was very cool), we asked for tea, (I remind you, there was a banquet) - we were denied this. We went to bed frozen and at a loss why it was so difficult to pour a kettle of tea and take out two cups...
