I didn’t want anything for an hour of thrashing. Room ordered standard. Otis elevators, cards instead of keys, cameras in a corridor, in general, full stuffing. In the room, the light brown carpet is impossibly dirty, the path to the bed and the table is trodden dirty. In the bathroom, a set of towels and one-time cosmetics for one person, although when booking they indicated that we would be together. It was cold in the room, there was no remote control for the air conditioner, apparently so that they would not be clever and did not put it on heating.

5 minutes after the settlement, they called back from the reception asking why they paid for 1 day, although they settled for more. To my answer that we paid the full amount, they said "We'll figure it out. " There were no apologies. After the request, they brought a hair dryer, which turned on every three times. To be honest, I thought that there would be claims against me that I broke it.
There was no warning about what was included in the room price. So, we safely skipped all the dinners. As they say, come - good, do not come - even better. And it's a shame, because they cooked really tasty. This is probably the only pleasant impression.

P. S. I would like to note one more thing - there are 3 elevators near the reception - only one goes down and 2 lift people up.
