The hotel was three days, I can say that it corresponds to its 3-ke.
I'll start from +
- swimming pool, two steam rooms (Finnish and Russian) are included in the price of the room and you can visit them
-excursions that were included in the tour were very impressive (Khotyn, Kamyanets-Podolsk fortress, and especially Bokota)
Special thanks to the excellent tour guide Regina))
-the presence of a children's room (since we were with a child)
-large two-room suite (suite) with a beautiful view of the "old town"
-good location in the very center of the city. There are a lot of shops/pharmacies/restaurants nearby
- a good restaurant of oriental cuisine "Hotei" at the hotel, the order is delivered to the room at no extra charge
-friendly staff
-replacement of towels on call. Cleaning is the same
Now let's get down to the cons:

-on the very first day, the air conditioner leaked (We were not offered to change the room, as for me this is a huge minus, since three days of slurry without air conditioning at a temperature in the room of +28, and with a child it’s just awful. The staff could have offered at least a fan, but this was not done.
-Terrible service in the cafe "Coffee Studio", if you decide to make an order, you will wait only 20 minutes for the waiter until he comes, and then the same amount to bring you an order, while they still manage to forget what you ordered. So from us they were left with a complaint in the book of ZhiP)
- Check in to the hotel parking lot, everything is very strict with this, even when paid and attached to the room, my husband was not allowed to enter it. They made three calls and only then they let me in.
The conclusions I can draw are: the hotel is good, as in its 3-ku, but the staff needs to be taught and taught again, and this applies to everyone.
