This hotel is not worthy of check-in from the first day of check-in, I wanted to run out of there slippers, no everyone walks in shoes. Met us rudely mixed up the name of the customer and mixed up the numbers. We ordered a suite with a shower and toilet in the room, when we arrived we were told that our suite was occupied and claimed that we had ordered a junior suite.

We ordered a suite with a shower and toilet in the room, when we arrived we were told that our suite was occupied and claimed that we had ordered a junior suite. They make fools out of customers . . This is another half of the trouble in the kitchen SRACH terrible utensils all broken from frying pans to pots, the canforka is all red from fat and spruce works . . the toilets are cramped in the caledors, the light did not turn on during the day or at night went in the dark . . In general, in a word HORRIBLE I do not advise anyone to rest there.

We chose this hostel because there was a hospital nearby, which we purposefully arrived at. We lived "allegedly in a vip two-room suite" where the shower and toilet were inside. Already from the threshold, I noticed dirt everywhere you look, even the reception desk is dirty and dusty. Hope was the last to die, hoping the room would be clean.

Having opened the door, we were first met by a Prussian, the cat quickly hid in the doorway. First, a very dirty carpet. Personally, I was afraid to step on it with bare feet. 2nd very dirty sofa, stained, It was terribly disgusting to put your pajamas on it. Or personal items! 3rd bathroom. Before using the toilet, I had to wash it, I am silent about the dirty toilet, shower. cabin, hair, streaks. I had to take a shower with bags on my feet. 4. We were given two small towels for two, after using the towel it had an unpleasant smell, this indicates that it was not washed at 60 degrees and was not ironed, the towel that curls after use indicates a fungus !!! The 5th in the bedroom was also very dirty carpet, there were unwatered flowers on the floor from which fallen leaves lay. Under the batteries, there was a glueon on the floor, which is very strange. The bed linen was clean. 6. TV did not work and the Internet. On the 7th we could not pay by card. Because after a long journey there was no strength at night to look for something else. OVERALL IMPRESSION IS A POCKER!!!! Forgive me, but there may be a council of deputies, very poor, paint on the walls instead of wallpaper, but just elementary CLEAN !!!! How can people treat guests like this ; ((((Plus, I was glad for a small hairdryer, an electric kettle, 2 tea bags, sugar stickers. There are fake reviews on the hostel website, which we believed. The photos were probably taken when the hostel opened. Iunfortunately I can't recommend this hostel until they start cleaning it. . In the future, it is better to overpay but not be afraid to touch anything and look at everything with disgust. I was pleased with one thing, God, it's just one night, just endure.
