I came home with my wife yesterday after a trip to Kyiv. We were satisfied with the very stay in Kyiv and from the Kozatsky hotel itself. We thought for a long time and looked for something suitable, but we were convinced by friends to stay at this hotel and we did not regret it. Upon arrival at the hotel at the reception there was a little pandemonium, after waiting 10 minutes, we were already issued, settled in 3 minutes.

We thought for a long time and looked for something suitable, but we were convinced by friends to stay at this hotel and we did not regret it. Upon arrival at the hotel at the reception there was a little pandemonium, after waiting 10 minutes, we were already issued, settled in 3 minutes. We had a room "Comfort" with a double bed and a balcony. The balcony partially overlooked the central square, the bed in the room was elastic, the room was clean, without sitting in the room for a long time we went to ride around the city. In the morning we went to have breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious, just what we love: salads, sausages, omelettes, everything was satisfying. We will recommend the hotel to our friends and will definitely stay at this hotel again when we come to Kyiv.

But the location is great. And what came: 1. Booked a room by phone without any problems; 2. They settled quickly, the staff was smiling, calm + luggage storage for free (very convenient, because check-in from 12:00, and arrived in the morning, all things were in the cell and in the city on business); 3. The room is normal, clean, obviously recently renovated, everything you need is in place, the bed is good, the linen is clean and pleasant. Yes, I agree with the complaints about the bathroom - an archaic bathroom, a toilet bowl, a shower hose, but in principle these are all trifles and are important for sophisticated people. 4. Breakfast - buffet, quite good, ate more than, someone had some complaints, but perhaps they improved it, because. it was delicious. The minus most likely was the juice was diluted, and much, well, xp . . 5. A strong minus, as for me, the declared WI-FI was only in the hall, and for some reason it didn’t work late in the evening. Conclusion - I’ll come next time.

A broken bed, an emergency state of plumbing, terrible soundproofing (in the literal sense of the word, you can hear the steps and conversations of the neighbors and the administrator at the counter, champing gum).

Breakfast buffet impresses with the tastelessness of dishes. For 390 UAH. "accommodation", plus 55 "breakfast" in the capital, you can find a much better hotel!!! ! Horror, at least post pictures.

If you really find fault, then the plumbing there is not the newest. But everything is clean and working.
Well, now it has become a little expensive, but still it's worth it!
