Paid on the spot. At the same time, I myself had to call the reservation department several times over the intercity, to worry for almost 2 weeks. The booking department itself only got in touch once.
The hotel area is calm, only three times a day the dolphinarium rattles opposite, but this does not interfere at all. Compared to the noisy coast, it can be considered a sleeping area. Close by 50 meters
there is a booth with drinking water for 1.5 UAH. per litre. Shops, sea, water park, cafes - everything is within walking distance and very close. This is a plus. There is parking on site, paid (70 UAH per day), but it is constantly packed. You have to watch to park the car.

Now the hotel itself. On the pictures on the Internet, the hotel looks more decent. When we first entered the room, there was a peculiar smell. But the open windows quickly weathered him and he did not bother him at all for the next days. The room was bright, on the sunny side, overlooking the adult pool (at night it is also illuminated). It appears to have been recently renovated. Comfortable mattresses, pillows. This is a big plus. The rooms are small, but in principle we did not come to sit in the room. There is a small refrigerator, we had it normal. From the furniture in the room there was a wardrobe, a table, and of course the beds. Wardrobe without doors. The table was old glass with rusty legs, which had already fallen off, it was scary to cut or put something on it at all. There were not enough bedside tables near the beds and at least a couple of chairs. I hope this will be taken into account in the future. The air conditioner worked. The windows perfectly absorbed the noise (it was that at night drunk vacationers were sitting under the windows and talking very loudly).
I did not find the Internet throughout the hotel. What was caught, this Wi-Fi was enough only for text messages in viber. But there is a great opportunity to take a break from all these social. networks and other nonsense and fully enjoy your vacation : )
San node. The toilet was shaking in all directions))) In general, everything worked, except for the drain hole in the shower. The water was receding very slowly. And since this is not a shower stall - water was constantly splashing on the floor, the toilet was very wet all the time. Well, we took a bucket and a rag from the car with us and wiped it every day. Cleaning, as written above, was not even once in 7 days. With water, only the first couple of days was garbage. Then hot water was almost constant. There are solar panels on the roof, so we tried to wash ourselves before sunset (although we came at night after walking, the water was warm).
The clothes dryer is shared, there was enough space. They gave us 3 towels instead of 4, but we took our own and used them. Terry bedspreads also took their own, because only thin sheets were waiting for us there (for example, it’s cold for me under such a night).
We practically did not swim in the pools, because it was very dirty and there was not enough water in the adult pool. Though people are freaking out. Children's pool with sand at the bottom, the water is muddy. We only cleaned them once. And once again they caught dirt from them. After visiting the water park, even for children, issues with swimming in the pool disappeared by themselves. And yes, the sea is nearby!

Food. The hotel has a dining-terrace. They cook well there, the prices are quite adequate compared to other establishments in this resort. But if possible, it is better to take a slow cooker with you, or at least a boiler or a kettle (there is no kettle in the room, by the way), and some utensils. Because ordinary tea or coffee from a bag in the dining room is a little expensive (8 and 10 UAH). Yes, and cook a porridge or some meat - it will come out many times cheaper. It is better to buy fruits and vegetables on the way and throw them in the refrigerator. Bread is also better to buy in the store and take it with you to the dining room, because 3 UAH. for a piece - ripped off. They came for lunch and dinner at the beginning, so that there were enough dishes, there was a choice of food and there was a place on the terrace itself. Eating outside is great. But in a large family they don’t click, as they say. Cleaned there, too, no ice on this terrace. The sofas are all covered in sand and crumbs, the children of inattentive parents dart over them with their feet in shoes, piggyback.
And I also didn’t really like the fact that any passer-by can enter the hotel territory.
In general, for a resort of this class, the hotel is quite a normal one. But not 3 stars, sorry. The first impression of the hotel, of course, horrified me, everything was very uncomfortable. But then you begin to look at everything differently, with great positiveness, you get used to new conditions.
