The territory of the hotel is fabulously beautiful and well-groomed, a beautiful lake. sandy beach, there is an art gallery where the works of young Ukrainian artists and designers are exhibited. The interior of the restaurants is amazing. and the food is prepared with love. The staff keeps the bar high in their work. With pleasure I recommend the hotel for family, corporate, business events. Pleasure is not cheap, but it is worth every hryvnia spent!

The point was that on the last day the company I work for and which brought us to Edem (80 people) organized a gala dinner for all its employees. It was held not where there were breakfasts and dinners, but in a luxurious restaurant, which is located on the opposite side of the hotel itself. The hall itself is super, everything is fine. Each table had its own waiter. They began to serve dishes, the waiters took out, for example, a salad, and approached everyone and put them on a plate. This happened with all subsequent dishes. I immediately warned the waiter that I was allergic to mustard and then asked again 3 more times if it was in this or that dish that she served. At first she didn’t know, she went to clarify, then most likely she just scored. There was mustard in one of the dishes, I already understood this after I felt sick. I asked for an antihistamine, which was simply not available in the entire huge restaurant... I asked the waitress to call a transfer to take me across the lake back to the hotel. After waiting 10 minutes, I realized that I would not wait for anything and, having already begun to swell on my face, I ran on foot in a frost of -10, in shoes to the hotel and took all the necessary measures myself. So, the question is: why don't the waiters know what is included in the dishes? Why was there NOTHING anti-allergic, at least elementary, in the whole restaurant?

So, today in Lviv and the region there are many other no less sophisticated institutions that have much more professional staff. We will definitely not hold a conference in this institution, and there is no desire to come here to rest even without children.
