Service at the level of 5 stars, the rooms are clean, bright and large compared to European hotels. The staff is wonderful, the maids know their stuff. The girls at the reception are ready to help with any problem or question, even if it is not very much within their authority, they try to solve everything. The restaurant is very tasty and varied, I was also pleased with the bar on the 6th floor, where live music is played every evening, We got on the piano and duet with the saxophone. The breakfasts are good for me, the choice is large, and the bakery is different every morning. There was a problem with the bathroom, it's a little cool from the ventilation that can't be turned off, but it seems to me at the comfort level of everyone. We are very satisfied and will definitely come back here and take friends).

The cleaner comes 2 times a day. In the evening he closes the curtains, turns on the nightlights, spreads out the bed, puts chocolates on the bedside table. In winter, the room is cool, the temperature controller does not help. The bathroom is excellent. Quality plumbing, exemplary cleanliness. Bathrobes, slippers. Towels were changed every time, even if they were not used. Shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap - even from memory the disposable set is rich. A nice bonus is a separate mirror on a hinge. There are no problems with water. The only disadvantage of the bathroom in winter is powerful active ventilation that turns on with light. Because of it, the bathroom is constantly cool due to the abundant air circulation. The most disappointing thing was the breakfasts. The choice of food is very poor. Mostly cold snacks. Warm can be chosen from several simple options. With such a general impression of the hotel, the breakfasts looked like a mockery.
