We are newlyweds, but the bed is not one, but two! ! We are still laughing at this! In the bathroom you will not find any gel or shampoo, and hand soap is liquid. But there is a cap-cap on the head for the shower : )) Towels and bathrobes are sterile, the bathroom too: no mold, no smells. Hot water 24/7 is a plus! The mini-bar is the most ordinary, nothing extraordinary. There are glasses and a corkscrew. A bottle of dry red wine from the hotel was waiting for us in the room - this moment was very pleasant. There are few sockets: we had two laptops, two phones and a camera. Everything had to be loaded one by one. The windows overlooked not the road, but the courtyard of the hotel - so the road did not interfere with sleep, but on the first night the "workers" moved the beds over us, the second night - the kids were running around, the third night - New Year's and only on the fourth we managed to sleep carefree. Until 8 am. . At 8 the children woke up again. Cleaners often walk along the corridor and discuss everything: from dishes on the table to guests, a cat. rest at the hotel. . It was funny sometimes. . No soundproofing in this hotel. On the first day we went down to breakfast at 10. The tables are empty!! ! There were cereal, some scrambled eggs and cucumber-tomatoes. But they made us happy, they said that if we wait 15 minutes, they will take out cheesecakes for us ! ! : )) they waited. . Despite the fact that visitors from the street can also enter the hotel restaurant, where breakfast is served, i. e. the door goes directly to the sidewalk, there is no wind from the door, and the restaurant is cozy and beautiful. The waiters are a little intimidated or sleepy, we don’t know, but we didn’t see a smile on their faces from any of them. One day I asked to change the plug, he left and disappeared. I had to take it from the next table. Doorman, cat. we met in the afternoon, grandfather is two times shorter than me, he struck me with the aroma of perfume: either Stolichnaya, or Nemiroff, or Pervak. The New Year's banquet, the so-called, is an accounting corporate party. Not only that, when we entered, some of the guests had already taken all the seats and had to crowd at the entrance, no one met us, invited us to treat ourselves to a glass of champagne while the rest arrived. This pandemonium continued for 20 minutes. kids, cat. yelled over us for two days, of course, began to rush around the hall! After half an hour, the host began to entertain 50-year-old aunts and uncles - there were about 70% of them. The youth had nowhere to go. Standing at the entrance, we met NG, Russian time. Then they briskly drove us to the second floor of the restaurant, where tables were supposedly waiting for us and the administrator would lead everyone to his table. There was no administrator or waiters on the second floor. The people again began to crowd and look for each table. Someone caught a glass, it broke. . Thoughtful meeting guests! After 15-20 minutes, when the people had just started the meal, the host announced the theme of the evening: "60-80-she! " It was a poop!! ! I was just born, and he started competitions for the knowledge of that time! We were shocked! Boring is not the word! But the grannies had fun - they are in the spotlight! The youth, on the other hand, sat and had dinner. After the meeting of the new year, the UT-1 channel turned on the New Year's program, I don’t know what year - have fun, they say ! ! Fortunately, we also had a young couple at the table and we found common topics. There was a great desire to get up and leave! Yes, the kitchen worked great! The tables were breaking! Everything was delicious! Spiral - everything is sour! Wines are all dry and champagne - brut! ! The waiters changed the plates only after the third request! In short, we went down to the first floor. Before we entered the hall, Santa Claus attacked us and presented everyone with New Year's balls! and then disappeared! turn on the music - dance! The kids continued to run around, 50-year-old grannies and grandpas were sitting on chairs - kapets !!!! ! Like prom! After one in the morning we left, because under such a "program" we wanted to sleep! Next time I ask the organizers to write not a NEW YEAR'S BANQUET, but simply: dinner! During our departure from the hotel, the porter, the same grandfather, tried to help us - to drag the bags to the taxi (again, to the taxi, and not to the hotel car !! ) I asked him to take the coat hanger with the suit in the case and the camera bag. He grabs a huge suitcase on wheels and says: "I'll take this one! ". The husband says to him: "She's heavy! " But he dragged. Not only did our bag wipe all the corners while he was carrying it, but he tried to lift it not by the handle sewn to the bag, but by the handrail !!! ! I thought I was going to have a heart attack! I shout to him: "Don't lift it!!! " He does not hear, as a result, the bag turns over, falls on the asphalt and wipes all the dirt with it! I was ready to kill him! So he still stands and asks for money for his "service" !! ! At least apologize!! ! In short, there are really a lot of impressions from the hotel! At the reception there is a wonderful book about the evaluation of the work of the staff. We took her to our room to read. It is strange that only no one works with the staff at least according to this book. Although, on the other hand - 3 stars. and that's it!

The rooms are cozy, comfortable, equipped with everything you need. There are no problems with plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning. The staff is friendly, efficient and qualified. I was pleasantly surprised by the choice of dishes in the restaurant for breakfast - it is very rare to find dietary dishes in a hotel during breakfast. Here, in addition to the usual set (standard sausages, sausages, omelettes, rolls and jams), boiled chicken fillet, fresh arugula and iceberg salad and homemade cottage cheese were offered.
The only "minus" of this hotel, I would call the lack of parking. The parking lot, where guests can leave their cars, is located at the turn to the station, it is quite far. That's why it's a 9, not a 10.
Prices are not low, but when compared with other Lviv hotels in this category, they are quite reasonable.
