Always wanted to go back. Pleasant impressions disappeared during the eviction. We were billed for damaged towels . . We travel a lot, rested in different countries.

We arrived in Lviv for the weekend. The hotel was chosen based on reviews. Almost no regrets. The distance from the city center is compensated by polite smiling staff and a cozy atmosphere. Always wanted to go back. Pleasant impressions disappeared during the eviction. We were billed for damaged towels . . We travel a lot, rested in different countries. But this is the first time we've encountered this. Never had a problem with any hotel. A hotel that claims to be such a star turned out to be so petty. A shame!!! ! I agree that hair dye is not easy to remove, but given that the hotel offers paid dry cleaning and laundry services, I do not advise you to use them. They won't make it. I’m not sure that the towels were not washed at all, since at home, after one regular wash, the stains are almost invisible. WOMEN CARING ON YOUR APPEARANCE, COME TO THIS HOTEL WITH YOUR BATH ACCESSORIES AND BED LINEN!!!!!!

1. I really liked the hotel, being far from the center - in a very picturesque place. The territory of the hotel is very well-groomed, a lot of green spaces. Large parking lot. The staff is VERY polite and attentive. The rooms are clean. I advise the hotel, especially those who travel by car. Have a good rest and ALWAYS make the right choice!!!!!!!!!!!!! !.

The hotel is new, very beautiful and refined both externally and internally. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very spacious. Excellent beds. We only had breakfast in the Culinarium restaurant, but everything was very tasty and varied. In general, an excellent hotel, and 3 stars is clearly not enough for him.

Family vacation with husband and two kids. The hotel was chosen via the Internet, I really liked their website and photos. and we weren't wrong! beauty in everything, territory, room, cuisine - in general, there are no words, everything is in my taste, exquisite and tasty. I’ll start with the fact that we were met from the station and brought to the hotel, at the reception a nice girl quickly settled us in a comfortable room, which surprised me especially ! ! it resembles a cozy corner of paradise, huge beds, plenty of space for all four of us.

I’ll start with the fact that we were met from the station and brought to the hotel, at the reception a nice girl quickly settled us in a comfortable room, which surprised me especially ! ! it resembles a cozy corner of paradise, huge beds, plenty of space for all four of us. everything is clean and tidy, the staff works 100%. and what a view from the window is just a fairy tale, the area is magical, and it was especially pleasant for me to relax in a hotel where you can play tennis, show the kids something interesting, there are mini-copies of real castles, the children took photos of almost everything that there was. the hotel has a Culinaryum restaurant, in which the dinner was pleasantly surprised, at which the chef of the restaurant himself cooked food right in front of our eyes, it was a bewitching sight, and my husband and I, and the children liked it so much, we immediately took a picture and instagram friends (next time we will come again with godfathers). for breakfast, too, did not disappoint, if you want this, but you want another, but there is a third, super ! ! in the afternoon we walked around Lviv, not far from the center at all. in general, we had such a great rest, without any headaches and problems, everything was just a pleasure for both my husband and me, and for my children, I thought they would whine that it was boring, and now they are asking to come again. I recommend!! !

I liked the room very much - spacious, great design, all natural wood furniture, and a three-dimensional panorama of Lviv opened through the window.

We ordered dinner at the Culinarium restaurant and did not regret it: a very attentive chef cooked steaks and salads in front of our eyes, telling us exactly what he was doing along the way. It was a whole show, the final chord of which was some unreal beauty dessert. Breakfast was served in the room, then we made a walking tour to the attractions on site - mini-castles and a fountain, a real cannon and a two-story chapel, in which we were served a romantic dinner on the evening of March 8th. There is only one conclusion - it's definitely not three stars, and not even four! This is the level! Thanks for a great weekend! We will definitely come again!
