Cons: there are no pallets in the bathrooms, there is a drain right in the floor. The curtain covers the bathroom door from the inside, but when you take a shower, the spray "irrigates" everything around: walls, floor, toilet bowl, etc. It would probably be better to at least use a semicircular cornice for the curtain in the shower. In a good hotel, the faucet should not even leak a little, but it is better to install "Groe" plumbing, it will work for 10 years. It is necessary to clean the seams between the tiles from dirt (although there is not much of it yet, but if you do not follow it, it will grow), rusty hangers and shelves in the bathroom should be replaced with new or better ones. The TV should not be below the level of the bed : -)
But given the combination of pros and cons - I would stay here again.

From the positive sides - the city center, on foot you can walk from the station and to the main attractions. Directly across the courtyard is the synagogue. I didn't like it: the room was either completely uncleaned or very poorly cleaned: a cherry pit was found on the floor, and a pile of cut nails was found on the windowsill.

The window opens onto a gray wall. Soundproofing is not very good - any sound from the corridor is clearly audible. The room is modest.

1) Problems with booking. I called the hotel directly and made a reservation. I arrive - no one has heard anything about it. And the prices went up, although they assured me over the phone that this would not happen. But settled, just lucky - the room was free.
2) At the time of my stay there, the administration started repairs, the floor covering was changed, all this was accompanied by noise, hammering of nails. In general, a complete feeling of presence at the construction site. All this somehow contributed little to the rest and speaks of a somewhat disregardful attitude of the administration towards the guests of the city. The main thing is to quickly carry out repairs and even earn money from vacationers.
