The hotel is super, in the very center (a block from Deribasovskaya). The front door is really not a fountain, but it will be done by spring (according to the administrator). The room is luxurious, large, it is clear that the furniture is expensive. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is not a speck or a grain of sand anywhere, and the bed is just a feast for the eyes - snow-white !!! the staff is friendly and helpful.

the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is brought directly to the room (very tasty pancakes). Felt at home. My husband and I really liked it.

Ekaterina is not a hotel, but an "aparthotel". Redeemed 2nd floor in an old residential building, which was equipped with 6 rooms and a small reception. Entering the entrance of a residential building and climbing the shabby stairs, you do not feel like a VIP guest. However, this is fully compensated by the large size and comfort of the rooms.

Daikin personal air conditioner with air supply - just class! The street starts to get noisy around half past seven, but double-glazed windows guarantee a restful sleep.
Of course, if you want to sleep, and not listen to the street and think how bad everything is. Some rooms overlook the courtyard (for those suffering from insomnia).

I can safely recommend the hotel to couples of all ages. And timidly recommend - to families with children (because of the stairs to the second floor).
