We booked a place and started preparing 6 months before the wedding. During this time, we talked with the administrator Natalia, at each meeting she wrote down all our wishes and requests, promising that they would all be taken into account, we also kept in touch by phone and communicated via viber.
During the meetings, Natalia was friendly and gave advice from the experience of previous events.
Why we chose this particular place - location by the sea, beautiful territory, large capacity of guests (150 on the veranda), the possibility of holding an outdoor ceremony by the sea, and also, which was very important, a large number of parking spaces for our guests (we agreed that they would allocate 50 places)
2 days before the wedding, by prior arrangement, we brought drinks to the restaurant, and the administrator Natalia, with whom we had all the questions, told her over the phone at the moment that she was not in place, and that her partner Evgeny would meet us.
He met us, accepted what we brought, we asked him if everything was in order? he made sure everything was fine and everything was ready for our wedding.
Our whole team of organizers and we were sure that everything was according to plan.
Our long-awaited day has come. The outdoor ceremony at the restaurant was supposed to start at 16:00.
Having arrived at the territory at the indicated time, we, as a bride and groom, were shocked to see our organizers in sweat and dirt, who tried to restrain their emotions so as not to spoil our mood that day, to explain to us that the administration of the institution was not ready for the event , namely, practically nothing has been fulfilled from our agreements with the administrator Natalya, and Natalya herself is not in place and she does not answer calls, instead of her there is Evgeny, who knows nothing and shrugged his hands at all our questions, justifying that Natalya is not gave him no information, and when asked where she is, he does not answer.
Below is a summary of the shortcomings that caused inconvenience to the organizing team and ruined our wedding:
- the first thing that caught my eye was that the entire territory was packed with parked cars and there were almost no free places for our guests, not to mention the 50 promised ones; (Eugene, pretending surprise on his face, tells us that no one could promise us so many places, because on Saturday they have a lot of vacationers on the beach)
- construction was underway on the territory and there was an agreement that at least building materials and garbage would be removed if it was not completed by the day of our wedding, which did not happen;
- on the terrace where the outdoor ceremony was to be held, there should not have been palm trees in heavy tubs, as well as raspberry petunias hanging in pots in the tent of the establishment, they were not removed and our organizers cleaned them themselves, as this spoiled the concept of our decor;
- they promised that a freezer would be allocated for a cake that weighed 28 kg, but in the end, when it was brought a couple of hours before the wedding, they said that the camera was too small, they had to put the cake in the room under the air conditioner, hoping that it would not spoil;
- there were not enough textile napkins for the entire number of guests, although the restaurant knew perfectly well that we had 150 guests, and assured that there was enough for everyone;
- additional waiters were specially ordered (for each table) so that the service of guests was prompt, and also so that drinks in bright packages did not stand on the tables, spoiling the aesthetic appearance and covering the live floristry, as a result, when the tables were laid, the drinks were put on tables;
- during the evening there was a poor banquet service, the waiters were not near the tables, the guests served themselves;
- the serving of dishes was delayed, hot meat and cake were served at the same time, although the timing of the evening and the sequence of serving dishes were agreed in advance and the administrator knew about it;
- in addition to everything, the waiters had an untidy appearance, which immediately caught the eye of the guests.
- there were also many more minor flaws, which it makes no sense to write about, so as not to waste the time of those reading this review.
After the wedding, our organizer talked to the general manager Alexander. Having conveyed our comments and discontent about everything that happened at our wedding, in response there was rudeness and rudeness, as a result, Alexander sent our organizer. As a result, we realized that the administration of Grand Petin absolutely does not value its reputation, they took a lot of money and did not want to provide quality service. Anyone who is considering Grand Petin for events, be prepared that the administration will throw you without fulfilling their promises.

I don’t know what they checked there, but later I remembered that in the bar-refrigerator I forgot my food for the trip. Lots in a package. And they didn't tell me anything about it. What then are they checking? Only the absence of microbottles in the bar for 200 UAH. ? Bed with broken slats. If you sit on it, you fall through. Yes, and the education of the staff is zero. It seems that for the season they recruited just anyone from the street.

4. Playlist..... I understand that the owner of the hotel or someone from the administration likes chanson. But....For serious establishments, chanson has no place in a restaurant.

Tell the waiters about the rules for serving food....That desserts should be served before the main course... not a good idea.
Or, ideally, drive away these strange people who, by misunderstanding, work in a restaurant, and hire those people who have at least a minimal idea about the work of a restaurant to work in a restaurant.

The restaurant cooks deliciously, BUT if there is a corporate party, then they can forget about you for exactly 40 minutes, or even more. The beach is clean, but guests coming from the city smoke from all sides, which is very annoying when you are with children.

The hotel is very good, pleases with the service, its own beach and a large area.
