There are no complaints about the cleanliness of the room and the location. Photos of the hotel and rooms match the description. But it was not possible to rest in this hotel. I won't choose this option again! Complete lack of soundproofing. For 2 nights in a row, the neighbors from above were noisy and cursed until 3 am, it is simply impossible to fall asleep and sleep peacefully in such conditions, the hotel staff does not take any action on the noise.

One night I woke up from screams along the corridor, knocks on the neighboring doors of the rooms and cigarette smoke, I had to air the room in the middle of the night. I was frankly afraid for my own safety. I was forced to leave ahead of schedule, no one offered a refund of the paid funds or a replacement of the room.

Excellent hotel. We were there for the May holidays, I liked it very much, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean. When we are in Odessa, we will stop only in the crown!

We went to Ukraine for the holidays in October 2010 from Moscow, how we got there is a separate issue. With a child in a car, to say that it was fun is to say nothing. Kyiv is a handsome man, of course, but the hotel was unlucky. We walked, looked and decided to go to Odessa, booked a room from Moscow. Hotel crown is new beautiful and very modern.

Kyiv is a handsome man, of course, but the hotel was unlucky. We walked, looked and decided to go to Odessa, booked a room from Moscow. Hotel crown is new beautiful and very modern. The rooms are simply chic, I am sensitive to the environment in which I spend the night, but the hotel pleased me even more than the city. A very pleasant owner, who is also the manager, opened the barrier for us every time, no matter what time we returned. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, there is a room like a nice cozy cafe with everything you need for breakfast.
When leaving, she promised the manager to advertise the hotel in every possible way, because, it’s not a shame, but let him forgive me, I just got there. Have a good rest everyone.
