We rested in the sanatorium "Odessa SBU" in August 2019. Pros: the territory of the former botanical garden, a lot of greenery, clean air. On this "+++" ended. Minuses!!!! 1. Pros: the territory of the former botanical garden, a lot of greenery, clean air.
On this "+++" ended.
Minuses!!!!
1. The territory is not well maintained.
2. Poorly lit in the evening, the lights are dim, half of them are off, it's a bit dark on the territory.
3. A sports ground without lighting at all. Do not work out in the evening.
4. Playgrounds in the open sun, you won't lose during the day. 1 slide for such a huge number of children
5. There is no children's room, parents have nowhere to put their children for an hour, while they themselves are on procedures, they are not allowed everywhere with children. That is, pay for the procedures, and your problems will pass or not.
6. There are no children's entertainment, no discos for children, no games that can be held every evening, no m / f.
7. It's funny, but children under 10 years old are not allowed into the pool. Even with parents. It is very strange if we are looking after them and where to put the child if the parent goes to the pool? What prevents parents from swimming with their child in the pool?
8. For adults, no dancing, nothing...
9. Only building number 1 is newer, the rest are dead.
10. Hot water according to the schedule, i. e. you need to buy in the summer in the heat on a schedule. This is in the 21st century!
11. There is no drinking water. It's a shame, but they give 1.5 L of water per person for 3 days, despite the fact that it's summer, it's hot. Not everyone can buy water for 30 UAH 1.5 l, there are many disabled people, wheelchair users, shops are far away
12. Procedures until 14.00, races everywhere!
13. Nutrition! HORROR!! ! 1 SHIFT COOKING MORE LESS, IT IS POSSIBLE, 2 SHIFT COOKING WHAT THERE IS IMPOSSIBLE. Nobody talks about restaurant food, everyone understands that this is a sanatorium. The food is not tasty! Portions are small! For adult men, 2 tablespoons of porridge with a small cutlet or watery borscht is a nightmare. Rotten eggs, cucumbers in a yellow salad (probably a special Odessa variety).
Management doesn't take any action! They don't react at all. We went for rest and impressions, but spoiled everything in the bud!
The value for money is not good at all!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! !

I ended up in this sanatorium only because of the lack of a special choice at the enterprise. I just wanted to spend a vacation in Odessa itself. And so about the sanatorium... The sanatorium itself is a remnant of the Soviet Union, with old buildings, peeling plaster on the facade. Of course, some repairs have been made, but that's okay. … More ▾ I ended up in this sanatorium only because of the lack of a special choice at the enterprise. I just wanted to spend a vacation in Odessa itself. And so about the sanatorium... The sanatorium itself is a remnant of the Soviet Union, with old buildings, peeling plaster on the facade. Of course, some repairs have been made, but that's okay. The rooms are renovated, not a super series, but for a sanatorium one can say well. Wi-Fi is also a plus. The territory is green, but not all well-groomed, there are just thickets. Fountains that previously apparently functioned are now simply empty. In general, it's relatively not bad, except for the dining room....It's just some kind of trash. It can only be called food. Along the way, all products are bought the cheapest and most likely overdue. The eggs were frankly rotten. The cutlery has apparently never seen cleaning products. Mugs, forks, spoons are dirty and greasy. The diet is so-so - you won’t die of hunger, but you won’t eat. In general, the dining room is one huge minus. The sea is one thing that pleases. In general, who is purely treated and without claims, here. The rest is typical sovdepiya.

A little uncomfortable beach, but there are a couple of convenient beaches nearby, so we were not very upset. … More ▾ A little uncomfortable beach, but there are a couple of convenient beaches nearby, so we were not very upset.

Settlement in a sanatorium - settled quickly enough. We booked a deluxe room. They called us the full name, they handed us the keys and asked us to go to the honey in half an hour. to the registrar to process the documents and pay for the accommodation. There were 3 other people in front of us. But when they came 40 minutes later, I had to wait another half an hour. I think this is because the sanatorium does not have an electronic accounting system, and ALL papers from the vacation card to checks are written by hand (as in the 70s of the last century).
A deluxe room in a sanatorium is, by modern standards, just a two-room standard. You get absolutely no difference in cleaning or anything else in this room. In general, the room is not bad: 2 rooms with a glazed loggia (where you can be in the open air in any rain). The renovation looks like 5 years ago, no less. Normal unpretentious furniture, a set of dishes, a kettle, air conditioning. The mattress on the bed is already old: the springs press in some places. The pillows are new. A special nightmare are blankets. We asked to change, we were told that there were no others. It was very cool in those days, and the old shabby, frayed (without exaggeration) blankets did not save. On the train now the blankets are much better and newer. . . The bed linen seems to be quite good (not new, but not torn), colored, put on the aforementioned blankets sat with a stake. . .
What pleased me in the room was the good doors that are in every room of the suite, so when you close, you do not hear the noise in the corridor or the next room of your room.
We recommend taking rooms on the 2nd floor (the last one). if they go from above, then the chandelier rings. At night, the ringing of the chandelier is heard especially loudly...
The bathroom in the suite is cleaned unimportantly. For 12 days of stay, it was clear that the sink was washed 1 time. Shower cabin - never. Towels are changed when you ask, toilet paper also needs to be asked. Soap was given when asked... Garbage is taken out every day. They seem to be vacuuming. In general, the employees of the sanatorium are friendly and helpful, if you ask for something, they do it.
The territory is the best thing in this sanatorium, it is a park, a piece of a botanical garden. The park is looked after all the time, something is cut, something is planted, fountains have been working since mid-May. Wonderful place!
In general, the sanatorium is located very well: close to the railway station, to the city center, to Privoz (to any of these places 10-15 minutes by minibus). Close to entertainment centers and beaches of Arcadia (about 25 minutes walk). Nearby across the road is a wonderful Victory Park with ducks, swans and fish. The beach of the resort is not bad, it is convenient with children (there is a shallow entrance to the sea). But it's a bit far to go: about 15-20 minutes, but the road is nice. In the same place, along the sea, there is a path or health road, where they only ride bicycles or walk on foot.
Treatment. Dr. Tatyana Viktorovna is a very attentive doctor. Takes into account all your problems. But then everything is sad. The medical building is very old. Shabby furniture, old equipment. This is especially evident in the physics classrooms. therapy, in the department of baths and in the mud bath (poor cabins, failed old couches). The medical building is in dire need of repair and replacement of all devices that are already 50 years old.
From the treatment I can note massage (the room is more or less, everything is on time, without delay, pleasant doctors, good massage). It's strange, but the results of examinations made in the sanatorium are not handed over... If you need to pick up, ask for copies in advance, because they will only give you an extract.
Food - I don't even know what to say. I would like to say either good or nothing... The dining room has been renovated, but the pluses end there. Imagine a canteen with some strange old oilcloths under the plates, bent forks and knives come across from time to time. No individual approach. If you're on a diet, don't expect to be specially prepared for you or someone to remember it. For 12 days I was tired of repeating that I have 5 tables, I told everyone this. I still found fried fish or something like that. Coffee that resembles anything but coffee, etc. At home, I cook cereals for myself with diluted milk or water, soups with water, steam, boiled dishes, etc. But there they cook the same frankly tasteless. Unfortunately. We bought cheese, yogurt, buns, fresh vegetables and took them with us to the dining room.
In general, the impression is twofold. On the one hand, I liked something, on the other hand, I didn’t like a lot. If you want to be in silence, admire the park, travel around Odessa, sometimes visiting restaurants, you can go.
