We went to this hotel on the recommendation of friends, but after reading the reviews we thought a little, it's good that we trust our friends more. I don’t know where those people who wrote this used to rest, but my husband and I also visited a lot of places both in Ukraine and abroad.
The only thing I can agree with is the state of the roads, it is really terrible (((, but this is not a hotel problem !!!! ! it is clear that one hotel cannot cope with this situation with the roads.
Now about the hotel itself. Location is great! on the outskirts, away from the noise, this is exactly what we wanted, we have enough civilization in our hometown.
First, we booked an improved standard, but when we arrived we were told that they had a promotion - for stays of more than 14 days, we get 2 days free of charge and + 8% discount on accommodation! we moved to a suite : ) agree quite a pleasant surprise.

The staff is excellent, any request was answered promptly. This applies to everyone, and administrators (Liliya, Natalya and Kristina), and maids (Svetlana, Oksana and Nadezhda), as well as waiters Natalya, Bogdan and Ira, we lived for a long time, so we managed to get to know everyone and make friends. We have no complaints about any of the staff! We also say hello to all the SPA staff - excellent specialists!
Food. As for me, the food was just excellent, the dishes are varied, the portions are large, we ate both in the complex and ordered dishes from the menu.

I don’t understand why some people have so much anger and bile? Why write such nasty things?
There are hotels that are far from ideal, but "Respect" is not the case, it is clear that people are trying, reacting to all the shortcomings, trying to please customers. The price is quite consistent with the quality.
