After such a rest, I would recommend firing the HR manager, the reasons:
1. NOBODY greets you on the territory until you do it first
2. it is almost impossible to find a waiter/bartender in the aquazone, to order tea, you have to look for it!! ! not a call to call her, nothing, at least break the glass

3. in the aquazone for 4x!!!! ! ordering tea for us, they never brought it to our table, although they even clearly indicated on the bar where our table was....as a result, they themselves went for cups, a teapot and honey....this is a star!!!
4. rested in October, carrot fresh... there is, in fact, not on the menu, like 20% of the menu, but it is large, thanks to those drinks that are not
5. in the restaurant, the waiters are not always attentive, like at breakfast for 50 minutes no one came up to us to change the dishes or pick up empty coffee mugs...
6. a special "thank you" to the guards, I don't know what they are doing there, although I know, they watch films, I personally saw and heard when I came up to clarify the route to the rope park. more specifically: there are 2 exits on the territory, and 2 more exits to the beach, which were locked PERMANENTLY!!! ! out to the beach!! ! to the castle!! ! we were told that if we want to go out, call the reception, as a result, we waited 9 minutes for the guard to come up and open the gate to the beach for us, 9 minutes KARL !!! , despite the fact that from the gate to the gatehouse 100 meters

10. some idiot at 7 o'clock in the evening under our house (it turns out that he had a workshop there by some miracle) began to cut some kind of crap with a grinder and painted something, which, as a result, the WHOLE HOUSE stank of white spirit, the result....us after 2 hours we moved to another house, beforehand, there was a conversation with the director and administrator that it was already evening and it was impossible to breathe in the house and take measures while we were in the restaurant, having returned after 1.5 hours "and things are still there" no one even came and did not think to decide anything, everything is at random... like shut up and the case is closed...
RESULT: getting there is a little problematic, there is a 5 km section of a not very pleasant road, one might even say unpleasant for a car, the territory and arrangement are at the highest level, the nature is super, everything is spoiled by the staff with their attitude to work.
I really want to go back there again, and if nothing changes on the part of the staff, I will leave one more review and never go there again
