I used to stay at this hotel and was completely satisfied and advised everyone. But this year I was very disappointed. First, when booking we were not warned about the repairs, I learned about it the day before departure from the reviews of other vacationers. I called the hotel and I was assured that the work was completed, all areas are working, well, maybe somewhere something will be done a little.
The picture I saw upon arrival shocked me, to put it mildly. Warehouses for garbage, cans of paint and so on throughout the hotel and full of flaws. From the once beautiful and interesting interior made a mental hospital, where everything is painted white and even natural stones from which were made beautiful slides and waterfalls in the center of the hotel. Stinky workers go everywhere with brushes, hammers and drills, and the relaxation spa hotel has become a complete madhouse.
And this question to the director, who, by the way, did not even react to the remarks and did not apologize for the inconvenience caused to us, is a separate topic in general. On the plus side, this is a very good staff, women in water treatments and guys (Yura and Igor P. ) masseurs, a special respect! The rooms are clean, but the cosmetics on the fly in white and gray and many other shortcomings added a hospital look to the once very cozy rooms. The staff is friendly and tried to solve all issues, but the repair is not their whim and they are here for nothing, but all the complaints of dissatisfied vacationers poured on them, although the question to the hotel manager, who put them on the embrasure. Introduced food "Buffet", but apparently do not know what it is at all ......has no children's menu, and there were many children of different ages. Once a good diet menu was removed altogether.

And this is just an overview, there are still many questions about sanitation in the spa area and restaurant. Finally, I want to say that many people who have visited this hotel several times a year for years are disappointed and looking for an alternative. The hotel, which had almost no price-quality competition in Truskavets, is losing customers and as the Titanic goes to the bottom, because with such management, it can not survive in times of fierce competition. My rest was saved by new meetings with beautiful and interesting people, and responsible and highly professional work of masseurs and specialists in water treatments.
