We were interested in the possibility of a spa holiday, so we decided to try it. Went there with my 4 year old daughter. We booked a family room (we were told so) by phone, transferred an advance payment of 350 UAH.
Troubles began with the fact that we could not find a hotel for a long time, although I know Truskavets well. The hotel has neither an adequate entrance nor a sign. We were given the wrong address on the phone, and we had to interview local residents for about half an hour.
At the reception, my wife and I were offered to fill out a questionnaire, although all that was required of us was a signature. It is not clear why people who have been on the road for 24 hours manually rewrite their passport number, etc. This is not a complaint - just a note. It just blew like an owl.
The staff helped bring things to the room, and here we are really upset. The "family" suite consisted of two tiny rooms with no doors between them. In one of the rooms the entire area is occupied by a double bed, in the other - a sofa-corner with torn upholstery (also a double bed in terms of area). In addition, the room has a TV, table, towels, bathrobes, soap, slippers. Everything. There is no refrigerator or mini-bar, any furniture and utensils, a kettle, and, in general, any of the usual amenities for 3 or even 2 stars in the room. At the reception, they explained to me that I can take the dishes at the bar, the kettle in the kitchen, the refrigerator first talked, then they said that they were not available. Sawing in the morning 5 floors up and down in the morning for "Rastishka" did not smile at our daughter, we told about it at the reception. The impassive guy said that there was another room and offered to move things there. The other room was on the 2nd floor. In terms of area, it seemed somewhat smaller than the previous one, it also had nothing but TV and slippers. In addition, the 3rd berth was something like a non-folding sofa with white upholstery soiled with something and a size of about the size of a compartment shelf...
