Жахлива конвалія Terrible lily of the valley

If in one word it is HORRIBLE! It was the worst trip in my life. I was there (resting or getting better here is not suitable) from 19.08. 25 to 27.08. 25 with my family (wife and 2 children, baby 4 months). During these days I did not see hot water, barely warm, all my complaints will be answered like this “yes there is nowhere, then it will be after 14:00, skip it and so on. ” Everywhere you look everything is broken or in terrible condition:
– bathroom – everything is falling apart, the shower is leaking and if you do not put a rag the water runs into the corridor, you sit on the toilet and it walks like a rock under you, the cistern sometimes works and sometimes does not, the cold water is the color of coffee without milk, and the hot one is slightly warm.
– the lining is swollen, the baseboards are falling off, the mattresses are old, the blankets stink of urine.

– the area around the house is dirty, the garbage is taken out every 3-4 days, there are hills of trees where they were cut and thrown there, no one collected the mowed grass, there is water in the pump room sometimes there is not, but sometimes with some impurities.
– the playground is a house that is falling apart, spinning tops from the USSR times that do not work, metal structures are also lying around in the sanatorium and the management does not give a damn about everything.
– the gym has sharp guides sticking out of the walls that can easily injure you, not a single normal ball (deflated, punctured, thrown into the trash), metal tennis tables are standing on the street, my peers, there are no balls from those days, you have to buy them.
Even on the 5th day when we were moved to another room where there was supposed to be hot water, nothing changed. The next day the sun came out and it turned out that there was a wasp nest right above our front door, and we had to help kill them, I recommended blowing out the foam, they did, but they left a bunch of mounting foam on the threshold, so clean it up after yourself, so no, I scraped the foam off the threshold. There is nothing to do there, a taxi to the city costs 100-150 UAH, or a 20 min. walk, there are no shops closer. Everyone who arrived is dissatisfied (and this is not surprising). The only plus is that it's quiet and surrounded by forest, but that's not the fault of the resort staff. Don't go there under any circumstances, it's better to live in a tent in the forest.
