We are a family with two children aged 3 and 7. From the stated no restaurant, no pump room, no playground, no children's room and a nanny. Underground food, far from even bad homemade food, the youngest nevertheless got poisoned and spent the last days lying in the hospital. At the same time, the waiter comments on everything that you do, like: "add more, more" or burnt cutlets is a la shish kebab. As a result, they left the hotel 5 days earlier, no one returned the money either for prepaid treatment or for accommodation. For treatment, in addition to the main fee, they paid an additional 1.000 UAH for tests, but the results of the tests were never received. They call the children's room near the toilet, very cold, the entire area of ​ ​ u200bu200bwhich fits only a football machine. The playground is a swing that is not fixed by anything, it’s good that the mother stood nearby and caught the child along with the swing in time. The mineral water pump room is a thermos filled with water, next to which there are used disposable cups (probably it seemed so not only to me, because basically people came with their dishes). They save on heating: they turn it off during the day, and in recent days they have stopped turning it on at night. The same is true with the Internet. The location of the hotel is far from the center. You can put two stars thanks to the spacious good rooms and daily cleaning, during which, by the way, we were taken away with a 64 GB flash drive, it's a pity for the lost information.
