Visited in November 2025 (I can't write whether I lived or rested). When someone tells you that the hotel works "in normal mode" during the absence of light, know - it's a blatant lie! But this is not the only problem of this hotel.

When someone tells you that the hotel works "in normal mode" during the absence of light, know - it's a blatant lie!
But this is not the only problem of this hotel.
Almost everything here is in a neglected state: peeling walls, torn curtains and tulle, doors that don't close, non-working locks (or unreliable ones, such that you can come in the evening and not get into the room), broken window handles, leaking pipes with puddles on the bathroom floor, falling out sockets, electrical wires scattered on the floor, broken furniture and many, many other various shortcomings.
But the worst thing is the frankly rude attitude of the administrator Oksana and the rest of the "staff" towards the vacationers.
Problems started almost immediately.
The lock on the door to the room was spinning and the door would not open. We drew the administrator's attention to this.
Instead of a cheap repair, we were moved to another room, in which the drain of the bathroom faucet was leaking. The administrator and the staff knew about it. A very strange decision.
As soon as they saw a puddle on the floor, they informed the administrator.
They tried to fix the leak, but they couldn't. One of the employees told me - "take a rag and soak it, I have a problem too". Such an attitude....
To this should be added the most important drawback of the Sani hotel - the cold in the rooms. The air conditioners are not powerful enough to heat a deluxe room (we were forced to "stay" with two people due to relocation) and it wasn't even frost yet. Although Ms. Oksana "feels" the temperature, and says that the room is +18 degrees, and it's warm. Thus, we slept with our clothes on.
No one was going to start the generator that was promised during emergency shutdowns. And only after a complaint by phone to the tour operator who made the hotel reservation, they brought fuel and supposedly tried to start the unit. But nothing worked. They promised to call a technician.
In the end, we were also accused of finding fault with everything - with the lock that would not open, with the puddle on the floor that stretched from the wall of the door handle to the very threshold, and with the cold in the room....
In the morning we decided to leave the "Sani", and besides, the water from the shower in the bathroom was flowing and continued to flow (in the evening we were told that it had been repaired).
Ms. Oksana told us - "what's bothering you".
You know, we couldn't even find the words to answer her. THIS IS AWESOME!
Such people should not be allowed anywhere near the service sector.
In my long life, I have never heard or seen anything like this.
By the way, we were fined the cost of one day's accommodation for early departure. So the puddle in the bathroom and the inability to stay in the cold room (due to a non-working generator) are our fault.
I have seen hundreds of hotels in my life, both good and bad, but this hotel is not suitable for rest at all.

Stayed for 11 days with a friend. I really liked the hotel. The price-quality ratio is very good. We had breakfast and dinner. The food is good, the food is more dietary and portions will be small for men, well, that's in my opinion. At our request, dinner was served to us right on the terrace! )) I lived on the second floor.

Special thanks I want to say for the cleaning in the room and in general in the whole hotel! A woman with a rag runs from morning to evening! And every day! She has no output! The fact that in the room and throughout the hotel is clean and tidy and smells good. I also want to say a big thank you to the girls from the beauty parlor! They are certainly smart! Massage Masha does awesome! And all those girls have golden hands! Everyone is neat, smells good, looks good. Girls, do you wear badges)))? Wear, do not forget, this is the face of your office.
I also want to thank the girls at the reception, the kitchen and the waiters with gratitude. They are all workers.
As for the rooms, they are more than the amount that I paid for the rest! Everything is in the room, the bed is large, I was alone in the room, then I had a decent place)) The bathroom is clean, there is no fungus or mold. Towels are clean, white, hot water around the clock. The room has a refrigerator, a TV, on which, unfortunately, there is nothing to watch except for the RADA channel and advertising. And in rainy weather it is important! We were also given a kettle and a hair dryer as soon as we requested the reception.
I’ll also tell you that I underwent the procedures at the Crystal Palace sanatorium, which is not far, next to the pump room. From Sani to the pump room at a leisurely pace, well, about 7 minutes, which I like, which was my preference in choosing a hotel, this is the proximity to the pump room. We went to lunch at the cafe "Katerina", it is next to the pump room, quite inexpensive and tasty and clean and tidy.
In short, I'm happy with my vacation. Next time, if the price suits, then we will come with a girlfriend already for 18 or 21 days. I also want to add that for those who are looking for a kind of youth hotel, then there is no in Sani. Sani is a quiet hotel, right opposite the Palace of Culture. For a relaxing holiday, there is no movement as such, I mean for young people. But there are so many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby that there is where to go and what and how to entertain yourself.

My most favorite hotel! Every year we are in Sani. Prices have dropped significantly, which allows you to travel twice to Turskavets. The room is clean, we always rest in a room with a balcony. View from the window to the very center. Well, in general +5!

Location. . location. . location is not in vain said... next to the pump room and Shevchenko Palace of Culture... (Puck : )) cozy, excellent cuisine for its price, cleaning every day, wonderful staff... two steps from MedPalace... the hotel has its own massage therapist and beautician. . .
