To make it clear how carefully I assessed the complex, for example, I will say the following: in the room I chose in the bathroom, when installing the tiles, the contractor apparently did not use a cross stitch, the appearance of the tiles is naturally appropriate.

But this is a trifle, like average quality plumbing, building errors in cleaning after the completion of work, a small shower cabin in which you can only spin along the vertical axis - all these seemingly shortcomings for another establishment were leveled by management with such amenities as a disposable toothbrush with toothpaste, shaving kit and other signs of customer care that are hard to find in more expensive hotels.

Now about the cost - it can be found on the Internet on the CHALET GRAAL website, it ranges from 800 UAH and up to your wishes.
The quality of the rooms covers a wide range of consumer services, and what is important in this, they provide a choice, not a set of typical rooms, but a number of well-thought-out design concepts for a lover of certain Feng Shui trends - this is an important factor in my assessment, as I was won over by for example, the client can even choose the diagonal of the TV in the room. Yes, and it is worth mentioning the mission "We care about you" that is what every ad, keychain or napkin of the complex screams. And how do you like the guard at the barrier, who, before opening it, will come up and say “good afternoon” to you ???
As for the rest, in short - the usual scope of services of any decent 4 star hotel. Free internet in the foyer and bar is not yet extinct here as in most similar establishments. If you wish, you will be provided with a separate connection of the same "WiFi" in the room but for an additional fee, which, in my opinion, is fair.
Breakfast in the cost - nothing supernatural, does not cause extreme indignation. But we’ll give the restaurant a 4c plus, at least for the fact that the waiter admits to you that the rice has burned down and will offer something that you don’t have to wait for. And what he offers will please you, until, of course, you are given a bill, after which the score will drop from 5 plus to my ball, the prices here are “cute”, a light dinner for three without alcohol is 1000 UAH. But why think about it when after dinner you will plunge into the sounds of the Western Ukrainian bandura. I first heard this instrument but was amazed to the core (and I'm only 26 and I listen to Linkin Park) - designed? ; )


The general atmosphere is super - "ala" Christmas in a cozy country house, a lot of natural materials at the reception and the whole hotel, a fireplace, stockings for gifts, leather furniture, illumination - the color of Happy New Year………………. . and Christmas in the Ukrainian way .
Parking for poor Ukrainians on Land Rovers and Soaps is also available, the fence is forged, so even a car will be comfortable; )

Yes, now about the most pleasant, in the morning it turned out, by the way, by chance, that the SPA salon is included in the price of the room !!!!!!! ! That's why LRK complex I thought!!!! ! Who knows what a Roman sauna is - there is no need to explain anything ......Even despite the fact that it is unrealistic to sit on the pool in the phyto bar, if you do not smoke bleach of course ....
