Came with a friend on the recommendation of a friend. Moreover, we have never been to Ukraine (we are from the Baltic States), having traveled all over Europe. All of a sudden I liked it. Both the doctors and the staff, the procedures, the attitude, the food in the canteen is excellent (favorably different from the European one), though the first couple of days I personally was in shock, but then I realized that this is what I need. Many thanks to our doctor Tatyana Stanislavovna Sarancha, she is very attentive and competent. The nurses were just as good. Excellent responsive Svetlana, responsible for the cleanliness of our room. The only inconvenience is that we do not speak Ukrainian, knowing three languages ​ ​ - Russian, Latvian and English, and when they speak Ukrainian quickly, misunderstanding arose, we had to ask again and explain to almost everyone that we are from the Baltic states, many (all of the doctors) switched to Russian no problem, but some continued to speak Ukrainian language. By the end of the term, we understood almost everything and even tried to answer in Ukrainian too. But I think that in order to attract foreign tourists, it would not hurt to be more tolerant of those who do not understand, because when it comes to health, you want to understand all the nuances. Or have an interpreter on staff if necessary (unwillingness to communicate in Russian with guests).
In general, the impressions are very positive. I put 10 points and plan to visit in the autumn of the same year. I recommend.
