We have rested in this hotel many times since 2012 and were satisfied, we only missed 2015-16. Arriving here in October 2017, we were not just amazed, but simply shocked by the state of the entire hotel, including the spa area. The room stock is in a dilapidated state (at which the room was ordered improved), the air conditioners were removed - the wires sticking out in the walls are not insulated, in the bathroom there is a black fungus on the walls, not to mention the smell that comes from the sewer holes, the bed linen is worn to holes, and with stains, changes every three days (with scandals) to the same, gray towels (it’s better to keep silent about their smell), bathrobe (if they find it for you), then torn or simply without a belt, changes every four days with a request leave the belt from the previous one so as not to be tied with a lace, the balcony is all in pigeon droppings, and these are not all the delights that you will see when you enter a cold room. In the Promenade building, when the elevator was working, they completely forgot. And after going through the floors - it may seem that you are in an abandoned building - such as quest rooms. The service staff is reduced to a minimum, wages are received with long delays, respectively, the level of service is at zero. In the dining room, I will not talk about “dishes”, their quality and preparation, I will limit myself to the absence of a sufficient amount of “greasy and poorly washed dishes” tablecloths with black stains from dirt, the waiters simply sweep the remnants of food onto the floor and all this is trampled into the carpet, which has not been cleaned since the opening of the hotel. If you ask, standing in line, for pancakes, and you don’t get them, take out more, they will tell you that there is no one to cook them. The Swedish line is like feeders in pig stalls, not only to take the finished dish, but it is impossible to touch the serving fork, it just floats in one of the dishes or rolls around on the table. Yes, and this is still a trifle, going into the spa area you will see half of the closed saunas, those that operate work at 30%, as the staff says - the boiler room works intermittently. When you enter the outdoor pool overhead, you will see pieces of rusting ceiling that just fall on your head or into the water. In the showers, the smell is like in a public toilet, the stench is unreal! We were resting nine people, on the second day after the scandals with the staff, we decided to leave by changing the hotel to another, but we were refused a refund (which is also a violation of one of the consumer's rights and bears criminal liability as "shahraystvo"). The boorish behavior of the main housekeeper of the hotel (photo attached) finally brought us out of patience, does what she wants, answers complaints about cleaning or lack of something in the room - sending clearly in Russian - in three letters (although she is a local aborigine), her leadership covers knowing their shortcomings. And in general, people - just value your finances, health and time - bypass this terrible institution by the third way. To describe everything to the details is simply not enough time and effort. You won’t find anything good here, we spent a lot of time litigating and defending our rights by calling the hotel administration and the police, but it’s impossible to achieve anything - they cover each other.
