And here's why: we were referred to Dr. Khokhlov, he absolutely did not delve into our diagnoses (these are 2 concussions of my husband, a stomach ulcer, frostbite of fingers and toes; and me after heart surgery, a severe violation in the digestive tract and many more concomitant diagnoses) , he didn’t even look at the extracts that we took, he prescribed only some water for me and my husband, and even then for a fee (before that we were in Karlovy Vary - water is free for all people, this is provided by nature, BUT EVERYTHING IS NOT LIKE THE NORMAL COUNTRIES, WE HAVE HUNTERS EVERYWHERE). We asked for more procedures and are ready to pay for them, but he did not recommend us.
We went to the reception in room 108 and asked to appoint another doctor for us, they called the doctor back - a girl (she looks about 20 years old), she refused to accept us on the phone, and she didn’t motivate anything and there were no queues for an appointment. She just said, "I won't take them. " Without hesitation, we went to the head doctor of the sanatorium in room 228, when we entered, we saw a plump woman who could barely fit on a chair with an unfriendly face, tried to explain the problem, but she interrupted us with a sly smile and said: "Let's start with the fact that for a doctor's consultation you MUST PAY UAH 150 PER PERSON It was evident that she was not going to solve our problems, the whole situation annoyed her and we naturally left with nothing, like crap.
At the reception they tried to pay for a doctor who didn’t prescribe anything for us for 150 UAH, they figured out for a long time whether we needed to pay, called somewhere, waited for answers, but in the end they said no. Naturally, a good rest will no longer work, after all the rudeness starting from the head physician, but, probably, this is the norm here. Although the psychologists here are wonderful, thanks for that too. That's how we ended up in a "wonderful place" in Truskavets.

Well, they are trying to establish food like in Turkey, although not everything is working out yet: lack of food, dirty white tablecloths, monotony of food, lack of different types of pastries, although the kitchen allows it. We won't come here again and won't recommend to anyone. Do not be fooled by advertising, there are enough good places in Truskavets with kind staff.
