Stayed at the hotel for 6 days. They paid almost 1.000 hryvnias.
The room was beautiful but extremely dirty and neglected. In all 6 days we were never removed, although it had to be removed before our arrival. The room has no soap or shampoo, only toilet paper. The maids took out the garbage every two days - it's all cleaning. Nobody responded to any requests / complaints. Everyone doesn't care. The spa was launched only in the afternoon, because the children from Artek now live there. At what launched for 250 UAH. all in a row. Pools and hot tubs are cold. They pour tons of chlorine, after which there is a cough and vomiting reflex. Only a third of saunas work ...We had to wait for a place for breakfast / lunch / evening, because we had nowhere to sit. There were always not enough napkins. Izha, in principle, was good until I was poisoned. I barely got home ...Now I'm being treated after the sanatorium ...
