We chose the hotel on the recommendation of a friend. We booked a two-room suite 7004. In fact, the sofa in the living room is broken, and for a long time, and there is no information about it anywhere (according to the administrator Natalia, it is needed for the picture, for the interior, it was planned that way). We changed the room to 6004 (it has a balcony), we delivered a bed in the living room. The towel dryer does not work, the previous residents hung a rope on the balcony for this. The plaster from the columns is crumbling on the balcony and a birch tree has already grown on it!!! ! The bathrobes for the SPA turned out to be too small. There were no others, so we flew by with water procedures, by the way, the SPA works from 2 pm, since children from the Artek Prykarpattya camp rest in the morning (this is one of the hotel buildings). In the dining room (I can't say that it is a restaurant) the plates are all chipped, we went through 2 stacks to find 2 whole plates. I won't talk about the quality of food and service - it's a trip to the past (the USSR). The iron in the Grand Royal building 1 on 7 floors, its surface is black, because (according to the administrator, Ms. Natali) it can no longer be cleaned. The ironing board was not delivered even after an hour (it was supposed to be brought to the room in 10 minutes). The worst thing is that the room stinks of sewage in 2 bathrooms. It was impossible to sleep even with the windows open. The maids tried to remove the smell with toilet cleaners and air fresheners, but it didn't last long. The husband taped the ventilation hatches with bags, it helped, but we didn't wait for the plumbers to help. In the morning, Ms. Natalia generally stated that for such money (5796 UAH per day) we wouldn't find anything better in Truskavets and the room corresponded to the ordered services. We left the hotel, although they applied penalties to us and didn't return the money for 1 day. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, because it is not being updated, money is not being invested in repairs, no one thinks about the comfort of vacationers. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
