The sanatorium was advised to me by friends who went there on a package trip, since I often rest in Karlovy Vary and never in Truskavets, I decided to go!! ! To say my vacation was lost is an understatement!! ! The word service here is probably not heard from the word at all!!! I rested in a two-room suite, the cost of a room was 3040 UAH per day - the same price was in Karlovy Vary (this is where the comparisons end, since there is simply nothing to compare further).

Baths (in the hydropathic) are not washed after visitors, I went there once and didn’t go to unsanitary conditions anymore, room cleaning, if you give money, paid procedures are done with such a favor that you don’t want to go there !! ! For some reason, the water in the pump room disappeared along with the water in the tap!!!
You can write a lot more, but it will not be in favor of the sanatorium and the city of Truskavets in general
Conclusion: do not recommend!
If you want to have a good rest - go to Karlovy Vary - there you will get food, rest and treatment in full, and impressions for the whole year!! !

Normal resort with nice staff, good medical equipment and doctors. I got to Dr. Ostapchuk. Attentive and professional. It can be seen that a person knows his profession well, explains the essence of the problem and the way to solve it in an accessible way. Although Truskavets is not a cardiological resort, they finally picked up medicine for me and equalized my blood pressure.

One of the main criteria for my evaluation is food: it is great here! I drove into the room, which, most likely, had not yet been cleaned after the previous vacationers, I told the girls at the reception about it - they cleaned it promptly in 20-30 minutes. There were no other negative aspects. This made me very happy.

From the pros: Girls at the reception, food, wi-fi, washing machine, non-residential premises of the sanatorium (clean, well-groomed), 2 cafes, a pianist, a pharmacy kiosk, a wonderful aquarium, a children's room - who cares.

Of the minuses:
The rooms are standard (for the first time we rested here in the standard - in the suites there were no problems with cleaning for 7 times at all! ), Knocked out. The shower is also a toilet 1.5 by 1.5 m. The partition is a curtain. If you wash yourself, you can only go to the toilet in wading. There are no rags to wipe the floor, you won’t pull the cleaners every time (and they don’t run over). The rooms are very shabby. It is clear that the flow of people is huge, but damn it, apparently no cleaning makes itself felt (I'm talking specifically about our tidying room).
3rd floor cleaner Irina, for 12 nights, 3 towels out of 6!! ! Changed on the 9th day of rest, they also changed bed linen. Twice I took out the garbage myself, fortunately they put the tanks on the 1st floor. Toilet paper was once in the morning waiting until 16:00. They reminded me three times, I had to yell (and not only me). The toilet lid is broken, the ottoman is broken, the shelf in the mini fridge is broken. . .
The pool. . . is a STAR!!!
YES HOW MANY YEARS SHOULD THE MANAGEMENT PAY ATTENTION TO THIS!!!
The locker room and shower are joint-common, and the shower without CURTAIN, DVEROK!! ! Therefore, heterosexual, it is impossible to wash normally! It's impossible to dress properly! Lockers are not locked. The hair dryer is antediluvian, it will dry only men's short hair.
Medical base:
Doctor Romanyuk - he is also a cardiologist, this is generally a separate issue, I want to write only with cursing. He does everything to "fuck off" with such a face that he does not want to re-enter. Appointed with clarification of the diagnosis! What was impossible was to call the family doctor and cancel the thermal procedures! Help yourself!

Procedures:
Chlorophylipt 1 cab. - I’ve picked up a virus infection more than once after a common vessel for use from the 90s. Only nozzles are changed, in the flask there are bacilli of the previous vacationer. 2-3 days of the procedure, and there are sooo many sniffers. Everyone goes to the tube or to the ENT (special THANK YOU! Very helpful with my throat! ).
Bathrooms: I speak for a specific person, I worked on a shift on 06.01, bathrooms 10.11, 12 - lush blonde Tatyana, if I'm not mistaken in the name. Bathrooms after procedures DO NOT WASH!!! ! I saw it in person while I was getting dressed. Rinse with a shower and that's it! For me, water procedures ended there (my husband has not visited the bathroom for a long time for this reason - I did not believe it).
Massage paid room 801. At the 3rd session, a manual appears, and it starts to "crunch" you - without asking, and for an additional unspecified fee. There is no mirror (at 20.40 behind a curtain in the dark, over a washstand for the staff - on a stump - not normal! ) You come out that a monster, hair upright, cosmetics swam.
Salt room for a fee.

Territory. We were in winter, the road from the sanatorium to the back yard, where the car parking is not sprinkled with anything, but you need to get around, because. the back door was often closed during the day - terrible ice.

Everywhere you can only hear the Polish language, even the advertising booklets that lie on the tables in the hall are now printed not in their native language, but exclusively in Polish! In general, the sanatorium from the normal level of the institution turns into a haven for the elderly.

Everything was adjusted to this contingent - the food was also revised - the portions became much smaller, there was almost no meat (one hundred grams of a portion of a meat dish for lunch! ) And at the same time, prices were doubled! It is a pity that the sanatorium has become a raw material appendage of foreigners

It became just annoying that people from western Ukraine turned out to be very friendly, although the Russian-speaking population says the opposite about them. And her own countrywoman is so....it turned out. I had to "download rights", I was settled in a temporary room, without amenities. On the second day I went to the director and immediately found a good place. It turned out that it was free yesterday too, Natalya just decided that I wouldn’t like the neighbor. Although the neighbor turned out to be a charming, intelligent woman. Probably Natalia was waiting for a tip. . . ?
Everything else was good. The food is very tasty and large portions.
But stress left its mark on the rest of the rest...
I won't go to Shakhtar anymore.

Very good material base; hydropathic with new baths, large laboratory, all kinds of laboratory examinations, dental department. The food is good, everything is tasty and high quality. Very good resort for treatment.

And one more thing, if you come by train (like me) don't take a taxi!!! ! Many sanatoriums meet the arrivals with their own beads! !
